Like its sister property, this unit has been beautifully restored after Hurricanes Helene and Milton, offering you direct access to the soft sands and soothing waves right outside your door.

This cozy studio perfectly blends comfort with an unbeatable location. Wake up to stunning views of the ocean and enjoy having the beach just steps away. While compact, the unit features a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel under-counter appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave, and even a beverage cooler and coffee bar â everything you need for a convenient stay.
You'll love being able to walk to some fantastic local restaurants and explore the island easily with the free trolley that runs conveniently up and down Anna Maria. For those looking for adventure, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent right on the beach.

Guest Policy: The base rate is for 2 guests. An additional charge of $50 per person per night applies for more than 2 guests (including adults, children, and infants). Please inquire before booking if you have more than 2 guests. Your reservation is valid only for the number of guests specified in your booking. All guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pet Policy: We welcome a maximum of two pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet. Each pet has a 30 lb. maximum weight limit (per HOA rules). Please ask before bringing a pet. Keep in mind that pets are not allowed on the beach in Manatee County.
Smoking Policy: ONE SHELL COVE is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. You must go beyond the parking lot or onto the beach to smoke.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and leave it in a "reasonably clean" condition upon departure.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase separate trip insurance to cover their possessions and any unforeseen travel complications.
