Island Time 104 à Seaside Beach House est un condominium qui a longtemps été un favori pour les visiteurs de Holmes Beach et Anna Maria Island. En outre, il a été entièrement rénové en mai 2018 avec de nouveaux plafonds, planchers, salle de bains et cuisine. Cette unité de loft abordable est située directement sur le sable blanc et les eaux émeraude du golfe du Mexique, que vous pourrez admirer depuis le confortable patio aménagé sur le balcon et qui surplombe la piscine chauffée. As always loved our stay on Anna Maria. This was a last minute get away so we were fortunate to find a place to stay and that we didn’t have to rent for the full week Place was as pictures. Very cute remodel. Location on beach was excellent.

Great Experience

The condo is absolutely beautiful. The view and location cannot be beat. Close driving distance to restaurants and shopping. The beach and gulf are gorgeous. Miles of sandy beach. The condo was clean and well appointed. A very comfortable and well kept condo. The management team was excellent.

Beach Perfect

We enjoyed this beach front rental. We had a few issues that were unforeseen. There was construction being done to the structure and to the pool. The property manager answered concerns promptly and that was appreciated. Great location and we would recommend renting this property.

Island Hopping

Best beach on West Coast of Florida! At my age, stairs are no longer my friend but are a necessity on beach properties. However the stairs at this property were painted a dark blue and should have been lighted 24 hours.

Summer 2023

The condo is very clean and conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this condo for a couple or a family with small children. I would have preferred the refrigerator have an ice maker, but there are ice trays.

Beautiful Place

Very nice condo RIGHT on the beach. Love the private walkway to the beach! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach! Bring a power strip if you need more than two outlets in the bedroom to charge devices. Extremely comfy pillow top mattress on bed. Everything is exactly as pictured, except the patio furniture was different. We will stay here again! Love the location in the middle of the island. Holmes Beach is VERY family friendly.

Enjoyed the stay

Beautiful beach decor. Clean and cozy. Only complaints would be lost hot water after one shower wasn’t even a long shower. Also keeping air at 74 during day and 72 at night was uncomfortable with temps in the 90s. Had to use a fan to stay somewhat comfortable and I don’t want to do that on vacation.

We have looked into this problem and one of the elements needed to be reset. We set those AC guidelines to keep guest from freezing up the units which prevents the units from working completely. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything you need is here. The only reason for a four star is the rug in the bedroom. Please replace! Had to put down towels to consider walking on it. Easy fix, because besides that it’s a great place.

cute condo on the beach

This was a clean well accommodated condo right on the beach. It was a convenient short walk down stairs to the soft white sand. The condo was cozy and nicely decorated, felt like home. There was a parking spot specifically allocated for the condo which was super convenient. We were centrally located on AMI in the middle of pine street and bridge street action. The chose to primarily stay on the beach right outside our condo, but there were other options to check out. A couple of larger public beaches were a short drive away that I believe had restaurants/bar This was our first time in AMI, we thought the island was charming and a great relaxing getaway
