Welcome to our newly constructed beach house on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine, Florida. Our home is located directly on the east side of the famous and historical A1A, which is the road that will take you to everything St. Augustine has to offer. From our front doorstep you can walk to the beach in minutes (0.39 mile). You can enjoy magical sunrises over the ocean and beautiful sunsets over the river. We have bikes and plenty of beach gear in the garage waiting for your beach adventure to begin.

Loved this house. Overall outstanding experience from start to finish! Great location, clean, open home - spacious, loved having bikes available. Note this is located on main drag, but had not issues or concerns and simple easy 2 block walk to beach! Highly recommend!

Great location!! Great Host!! Great Home!! We were just minutes away from the beach (walking distance) having access to bikes was a plus. We enjoyed riding bikes on the beach. Downtown was less than 15minutes away. Great restaurants near by when we felt like ordering out. The kitchen was well stocked for the nights we felt like cooking together . We will defiantly book again!

Absolutely fantastic house and location

My family and I have been coming to St. Augustine for many years and we were just blown away by this house and its location. Everything was immaculate and beautiful. The attention to details was very welcoming, such as all of the beach toys/towels/bikes/etc. Was very easy to access the beach from house, even with two infants. Will definitely hope to stay there again.

Just like home!

Everything was described as is and the home is spotless and immediately you will feel right at home. We were as comfortable as if we were on our own home. Beach is 5-10 minute walk which is made easy by a beach cart available in the garage.

Fourth of July holiday

House was clean, modern with plenty of room for a family of 5. Some traffic noise at night but Kitchen was great since we cooked a lot. Only 5 minute walk to beach. Nearby grocery store and getting downtown was easy even for fireworks which was beautiful. Communication with management was easy and helpful. Locking system is great. We would love to stay again

Beautiful house so close to the beach!

This was our first time to St. Augustine and we knew very little about it. Everything about our trip exceeded our expectations. This house is beautiful & spacious. We could have walked to the beach but chose to drive since we have children and had so much to pack with us but the drive was so short & the beach was beautiful, clean & not overpacked. The house was stocked very well with things we didn’t have to worry about bringing with us or buying at the store, such as toiletries, towels, beach towels, bikes, umbrella, among many other things for the beach! The host was fantastic, very responsive, friendly & helpful. We have five children & this house was plenty spacious for us all. Highly recommend!

Butler Beach Booking

This home was beautifully appointed and was everything the listing denoted. It was immaculately clean which is of primary importance to me. The short walk to the beach was another plus factor or, if you preferred, bicycling to the beach was fast and easy. We were delighted with the beach itself
. not crowded at all and lovely sea and sand.. My children are already planning a return trip and I would second that plan. All in all, a delightful week of activities or just simple relaxation. We always enjoy what St. Augustine offers and loved coming home to this property

4 of July Weekend

This property is amazing, we had four generation together for the long Fourth of July weekend with ages from 2 years old up to 76 years old and we were all extremely comfortable. The property is exactly as shown in pictures and extremely clean but it’s all the little details that make it amazing like the outdoor shower with hot water for washing off the sand after a beach day. We opted to skip the fireworks downtown and went out to the beach where we were treated to an hour long firework show from a little always down the beach. This property also has one of the most attentive hosts I have ever had the experience of interacting with. We will definitely be back. Could not have asked for a better holiday.

Amazing vacation rental

This beautiful new house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our host Renna made sure to think of all the details that we may need while on vacation, like bikes, kids beach toys, a pack n’ play and more. She was very attentive during our stay and quick to assist us by providing local attraction information. We will definitely be back!
