My golf mates and I had an enjoyable relaxing stay. The property is clean, well presented and full of luxury features. We particularly enjoyed the comfy beds, great kitchen and living area and relaxing on the balcony enjoying the canal views. Will definitely consider returning with the family next time around.

Fantastic house with a wonderful balcony and jetty for our boat. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of rooms for our teenage bous. Trev was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

We had a great family get away.

Lovely, spacious house. Well equipped and lots to do for the kids; games, ping pong, fishing, kayaking. Great comms from owner. Would definitely consider going back.

Pupil Free School Break

We had a lovely holiday. The rooms are all clean and bedding warm and cozy. The home is well appointed and perfect for the parents to stay upstairs and kids to play down stairs. Lots of fun crabbing and kayaking.

Great house great location

This lovely house easily accommodated 10 of us and was big enough with places to hang out together and places to do separate things. Items provided such as table tennis and kayaks were well used, thank you! Checking in/out was very easy and Trevor was a great host.

Hi Alan, glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for letting me know about the spiders, I will make sure the cleaners spray for them and get rid of any webs as they haven't been an issue in the past but we need to keep on top of it. A neighbour mentioned the kayak to our cleaners after your stay so I have since been down and patched the split and also installed some new bungs in 2 of the kayaks. I also have some replacement handles on order for the kayaks so when I go down to fit them next week I will see how the hull patch is holding. Once again thanks for letting me know about it as otherwise we are unaware of issues like this that happen over time from use. Apologies if it impacted on your stay. Hope to see you back again soon. A beautiful place for weekend stay

I love the amazing waterfront view of this house with jetty especially during the sunrise. This modern and stylish house is big, spacious and very clean. The 2 bathrooms are big and all the beds and big sofas are very comfortable. The big kitchen has all the utensils and cutlery we needed to prepare our meals. It is only a short drive to beaches, and there is a new Florida Beach Shopping Village to get our grocery. This host is very friendly and responsive. I would love to stay here again.

This property has a magic location with wonderful facilities. The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing it doesn’t have. Every room has a TV, great set out bedrooms. The private jetty is wonderful for having a go at fishing and crabbing. There is SUP’s and canoes available to cruise along the canals. Very peaceful and tranquil location and outlook.
