Property was as described and just as good as the pictures - with amazing views. Walking distance to the beach and golf course. Host was great with good communication and clear instructions, and also provided some extra towels for the spa. Everything was clean & tidy. Fantastic place to stay.

We loved the house and all it had to offer.We enjoyed the spa and steam room and walking distance to The Cut Golf Course.Great food and cocktails.Also Greg was a very helpful host and always available and quick by text.Highly recommend the house.

Greg is a fantastic host with excellent communication. He genuinely cared about our experience and was always available and helpful. We checked in Friday evening and when we noticed the games room lights weren’t working, he promptly arranged an electrician to come and fix on Saturday morning! The home and views are divine. Best stocked kitchen and pantry. Loved the spa and steam room and the beds very comfortable. Would happily stay here again!

A beautiful beachfront house with lovely space for a large family to spread out and enjoy. The view over the golf course and beach are a wonderful way to start your day. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen make for a great stay. The owners were wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay as a group of friends down there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and play a round of golf at the Cut. The peaceful mornings watching people tee off on the golf course while having breakfast and the sunset views couldn’t have been any more beautiful!Greg was an amazing host and was super friendly! Communication was fantastic, providing lots of information and always responding quickly. Even allowed us an early check in and late checkout!The house itself gave us everything we needed and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils so if you want to cook or bake there was everything you needed. The house was also very spacious for the 8 of us and provided lots of entertainment with the pool table, table tennis, the spa and the steam room! It was also close to shops and the Mandurah foreshore so it was an easy drive if you wanted to eat out or needed to shop. Everyone loved our time at the house and were very sad to leave. We would definitely recommend a stay here and we would love to be back one day!

Sanctuary by the Sea provided us with a perfect long weekend getaway. Perfect place to stay with friends and family. The house was very well equipped, both with kitchen, dining and living facilities as well as games, puzzles and entertainment. We were extremely comfortable and the house was spacious. This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful house and would most definitely stay again!We had a little trouble trying to work out how to listen to music and one of the lights was not working in the upstairs toilet but all things that are very minimal! Greg was a great host thank you so much again and for your kindness checking on us the day after the cyclone up north!
