Welcome to The Rustic Equestrian — a stylish, equestrian-inspired two-story condo designed for comfort, functionality, and a relaxing stay just minutes from everything Wilmington has to offer for 6 guests.

Located only 5 minutes from the World Equestrian Center, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort — ideal for competitors, families, work travelers, or weekend guests.

Step inside to a warm and inviting main level designed for gathering and relaxing. The living room features a leather reclining sofa and three additional side chairs, creating a comfortable space to unwind after a full day. An electric fireplace adds a cozy touch, while a dedicated workspace with chair makes it easy to catch up on emails or review the day’s plans. Fast WiFi and a Samsung Smart TV provide seamless streaming and connectivity, and built-in USB charging keeps devices powered up.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for short or extended stays, including an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, crock pot, blender, toaster, and Keurig Duo. The adjacent dining area features a table with four chairs, plus two additional bar stools at the counter — perfect for flexible dining or morning coffee before heading out.

Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds — ideal for families, teammates, or guests traveling together. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans and Samsung Smart TVs for added comfort and entertainment.

A convenient half bath is located on the main level just off the kitchen.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We really loved this place. We are showing at WEC and enjoyed our short drive to the horse show. The beds were comfy, lots of towels, and just a very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back!

WEC trip Should Be Fine Farm

Perfection in Wilmington

Communication from Heath was incredible. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable. The check in was a breeze and we were pleasantly surprised when opening the door. Heath had the air conditioner on, lights on and even had relaxing fish aquarium on the TV for my kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. We could not have been happier with our stay and would love to stay again on our next trip to Wilmington. This is a 5 - star stay. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Heath!

A wonderful home away from home!

This was a perfect property for a visit. We were in the area because we were horse showing at the World Equestrian Center. We found the Rustic Equestrian to be a perfect place to rest, rejuvenate (and do laundry!) after a long day at WEC. We will stay here every time we are in the area!

Heath was an excellent host. The home was beautifully maintained and immaculately clean, and very comfortable (even the pillows!). Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Perfect for our weekend getaway with friends for the Ren Fest and some hiking.

We are a husband-and-wife team managing 8 short-term and 10 long-term rental properties. Heath is a licensed Realtor and Trish a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, and we’ve put those careers on hold to focus full-time on providing exceptional stays. We personally handle maintenance, cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, and guest support. Living minutes from each property allows us to stay responsive and hands-on. Our goal is simple: create high-quality stays that keep guests coming back!

Being just minutes from WEC while still offering a quiet, well-kept environment allows our guests to enjoy both convenience and comfort. Since we own and manage the surrounding properties, we are able to maintain consistent standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the area.

Because we also own and maintain the surrounding properties in the cul-de-sac, we’re able to provide a well-kept, safe, and thoughtfully managed environment that guests feel confident returning to year after year. Being just minutes away allows us to respond quickly if needed, while always respecting your privacy. Our goal is simple: to provide a consistently clean, comfortable, and professionally managed stay every time.
