Easy Street features a warm, modern upscale dĂ©cor with a rustic equestrian feel that sleeps 6 max. Situated on the West edge of town with convenient access to WEC, hike and bike trail, fairgrounds, restaurants and more. An oversized attached garage for guests to use during their stay. LR with 50" 4k smart TV and electric fireplace. Both BR's with 40" 4k TV's. A twin fold away bed with a 5” dual (soft/firm) memory foam mattress is located in living room. Work desk is provided for our business travelers. Wifi and cable. Patio with dining table, gas grill. Fully stocked kitchen.

The best place to stay!! We came in for a Horse Show stayed 5 peaceful nights perfect distance from the Horse Park. The place was spotless clean. Space was perfect for the 4 of us.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We really loved this place. We are showing at WEC and enjoyed our short drive to the horse show. The beds were comfy, lots of towels, and just a very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back!

WEC user heaven

Perfection in Wilmington

Communication from Heath was incredible. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt comfortable. The check in was a breeze and we were pleasantly surprised when opening the door. Heath had the air conditioner on, lights on and even had relaxing fish aquarium on the TV for my kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. We could not have been happier with our stay and would love to stay again on our next trip to Wilmington. This is a 5 - star stay. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Heath!

A wonderful home away from home!

This was a perfect property for a visit. We were in the area because we were horse showing at the World Equestrian Center. We found the Rustic Equestrian to be a perfect place to rest, rejuvenate (and do laundry!) after a long day at WEC. We will stay here every time we are in the area!

Lovely home!

Heath was an excellent host. The home was beautifully maintained and immaculately clean, and very comfortable (even the pillows!). Checkin/checkout was a breeze. Perfect for our weekend getaway with friends for the Ren Fest and some hiking.

Heath is a local realtor; he also owns and manages several rental properties in Wilmington. Heath holds an A & P license and formerly worked a combined 27 years at Wilmington Air Park holding various management positions, including Aircraft Maintenance Project Manager and Production Supervisor. Trish is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in working with the geriatric population. We were married on our property in 2003. We have a son and two granddaughters. With 25 years of owning and managing rental properties, it is a great addition to our portfolio. We have enjoyed meeting all kinds of people and have made lasting friends since starting our vacation rentals.

We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Beach House, and The Farmhouse), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 2.8 miles, with a quick 5 min drive for your convenience. We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay.

We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We either personally check you in or we stage the unit for your arrival with lights on and ask that you contact us so that we know you have arrived safely.
