Located in a quieter area of Carolina beach, our home has 6 spacious decks to sit back and relax either by enjoying the sunrise on one of the ocean facing decks, or the breathtaking sunset from one of the canal facing decks.
Take the stairs or elevator to relax and enjoy our Island Oasis of 3 levels of living space. The first floor has 2 queen BR’s, one with an en suite bathroom. Each with private decks. Another BR with a twin over full bed, as well as a full bath are also on this floor. The 2nd floor has 2 queen master BR’s with en suite bathrooms, both with jacuzzi tubs and stunning private deck views.
The upper level level has a spacious living room, kitchen and dining area with breathtaking views.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay convenient, including ample granite counter space and 2 bar areas with stools to socialize while watching the chef cook. Stainless steel appliances, ice maker and wet bar are there to start your “Happy Hour” after a day at the beach, and continue out on the deck while enjoying the incredible sunset!
There are 4 TV’s throughout the house. A gas grill, guest storage locker with ample space for your gear, as well as beach chairs , umbrellas, beach cart and assorted beach toys available for your family. The back yard is perfect for a game of cornhole. The beach is a 3 minute stroll. Perfect for allowing you to go back and forth to your vacation home for lunch or a break from the sun and then return to your beach setup. Enjoy morning and evening beach walks, or an afternoon walk on the beach to the pier for great food or a cocktail at "High Tide" . Afterwards, enjoy showering off the sand and salt in the enclosed outside shower.
Parking for 4 cars makes Southern Exposure the perfect location for a relaxing and memorable family vacation! Linens and Bath Towels provided by professional service . Beds will be made for you upon arrival!
Great restaurants and activities are just a short drive or a 1 mile walk to enjoy what Carolina beach has to offer.
Explore the aquarium at Fort Fisher, CB State Park. Take the ferry to Southport, or enjoy the culture of the city of Wilmington. All just a short drive from CB.
