Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to large front windows look out to Queenstown, Kelvin Heights, Lake Wakatipu, Walter Peak, and the Remarkables.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms. Please let us know your desired configuration when booking.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, Smart TV and views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with kitchen appliances: freestanding dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, 2-slice toaster and, rice cooker.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds



Bed Configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, and bathroom.



The Neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!

It is a very quiet neighbourhood centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: External only. 14 concrete steps from driveway to entrance.

Water: Runs on a hot water cylinder (180 Litres) with a set amount, so larger groups should space out showers. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
