We had a wonderful long weekend with long time friends. We brought our boat and the dock was amazing. The view from the house is spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and we only ate out one night. The sturgeon were jumping, the springs were clear and refreshing. Amazing quiet town and fun getaway.

What a wonderful way to spend a long weekend with friends. We're so glad the dock worked out great for your boat, the view lived up to its spectacular reputation, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Sounds like the springs and sturgeon put on quite a show too. So happy you found this quiet town to be the perfect fun getaway.

Paige was awesome and very responsive. Location and home was perfect. Internet didn’t work and hot tub didn’t get hot but no worries bc it was beautiful there and quiet!

We rented the home to stay in while we are working in the area, the home is beyond what we asked for… well equipped with all necessities, super comfy and clean and the host was very accessible and friendly. Would def rent from these host again.

Absolutely Amazing Stay Exceeded Expectations!

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could have possibly needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing.

What a wonderful place

What a wonderful place to relax! We enjoyed every minute. Deck over water, hot tube, fireplace in the living room, great kitchen and comfortable bedroom: everything was just perfect. We will come again!

Perfect weekend

My family and I were in town to run a 1/2 marathon at the springs. The house was a perfect place to relax after the run. It was a quick trip but we loved every second of it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We vacation and rent homes often and this rental was filled with more amenities than any we have rented. Such a joy to find if we forgot or needed something it was okay...it's already here!!!! I must add that Paige, the owner, is a JEWEL!! Low three-step entry was wonderful for those of us that have slight mobility issues. Awesome restaurants were a short drive away for nights we didn't want to cook.

Just What We Needed

The property is beautiful, right on the river with a spacious dock and a nice large deck. Both good for sunbathing, watching the river flow by, visiting with friends and family. We visited the manatees at Manatee Springs and enjoyed watching the deer at Fanning Sprigs. We had a great meal at Treasure Camp, just west of Chiefland. Everything was Old Florida deliscious - especially the potato salad, crab bisque and oysters.

Close to State Parks

This property was lovely! My family of four stayed three nights. Each day we went to various state parks within 1 hour of this home. The natural springs were wonderful during the day, and at night, we relaxed at this quiet retreat in the hot tub and on the boat dock. We watched the sturgeon jump in the river and boats pass by. My son fished off the dock. We would highly recommend this property. There is also a grocery store not far away and a few restaurants near by.

Amazing Stay and Beautiful House

The pictures don't do this place justice. You have to see it to believe it. It was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. The house was perfect in every way. Everything we needed (besides food and drink of course) was there and the host was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The area was close to our office for our business trip and was very comfortable. Plenty of space to hang out and the morning views of the river were amazing! Very highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable home. Stunning views, great tv package, fully stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated....the list goes on an on. The host was extremely accommodating and communication with her was very easy. This was our 2nd mini vacation here, and we will definitely be returning as soon time allows!
