Si vous cherchez des vacances en famille ou des vacances d'aventure uniques, dĂ©couvrez la riviĂšre Suwannee au nord de la Floride. Un paradis pour les plaisanciers et un secret bien gardĂ© parmi les voyageurs chevronnĂ©s et les plaisanciers passionnĂ©s. Les pĂȘcheurs adorent se rendre rapidement au trou de pĂȘche dans la riviĂšre navigable de NO mile zone sans sillage de cent milles de long. Great weekend on the Suwannee! The spacious dock was perfect for keeping our boats on the water for the weekend. Thank you for offering your home for others to enjoy. Would love the opportunity to stay there again!

Great place!!!! - dispute with the host

Host is trying to charge $50 extra for a cigar left outside. No burns and, looking at the picture, not sure it was ever lit. One “burn” on outside cushion. Again, from the picture appears to be ash that needs cleaned. These are the only incidents being alleged for this extra charge. Other than that everything else was fine. Great location and accommodations! Good communication with the host until the end. Get ready for that drive down the dirt road
 It’s not too bad. Mixed experience.

Our 9 day stay

We have stayed on this property since 2007ish. We took a few years break as life happens and kids happened but they are finally old enough to go and enjoy it. We love staying here, it is very serene, I love the upgrades that have been done, all new carpeting, new bathroom upgrades, furniture upgrades. The owners are super nice, answer any questions quickly, we actually left things in the dryer and they are sending them to us. Can't ask for better place to rent. In addition to that, we go scalloping every year in Steinhatchee, a quick 45 min drive and we were there to scallop 3 days and then come back to the river to relax in the freshwater. Highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Fishing trip

Great location for our yearly fishing trip. River water level was a bit high, but we still enjoyed our stay. Beautiful dock.

Our Favorite Place

This was our 2nd visit to this home. This place is perfect for mt family and what we enjoy doing together. Perfect home and location. We even had a place to safely park our pontoon for the weekend.

Fishing on the Suwannee

We liked the house, but fishing was tough due to high Water. The house was fine. there were a couple of issues, but great communication with the Host resolved them.

Great Place Awesome Dock

Great river house off the beaten trail. Awesome dock with all possible dock luxuries. Spent a couple days spring hopping on the river, mostly north of the house. Had to leave early due to hurricane Idalia. Oh well, plan to come back. Bell is a charming small southern town, Akin's BBQ is well worth it, prices are good and the food is great.

On the water

Deep in the woods, plenty of shade, quiet neighbors. The two-level, roofed floating dock is the centerpiece of this location. We spent most of our time there.

Great weekend on the river

Rent this place for the screened porch and dock! That's where we spent most of our time. We watched sturgeons jumping in the river while we enjoyed morning coffee and sunset beverages on the dock. We paddleboarded on the Suwannee River in the morning and the Santa Fe River in the afternoon. This was a great location for that. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt like we really got away from our routine.

Best part was dock out on river, only stay there to sleep mostly

Had to clean coffee maker before use. Watch for coffee grounds on the inside top of coffee maker that needs cleaning. Ceiling fans in master bed room could of use a good dusting. Thanks for towels for showers because we flew and didnt have room to pack. First time staying at a B & B . All good.

Cozy spring break getaway

Our spring break was unseasonably cold and although it was too cold to get in the river the house and fishing dock made for great fellowship with friends and family. Fishing off the dock did not disappoint as we caught several fish and even an eel. Definitely would return here in the warmer months when we can truly enjoy the river and springs!!

Swanee River stay

Excellent country style get away home. We really enjoyed the dock in the back of the house. My kids had a lot of fun! A few things that must be repaired — small amount of water coming out of both bathroom sink, bbq grill not working, and oven was not working. Overall, we really enjoyed staying in the house!

Excellent, but don't waste your money on the renters insurance...its a scam and has nothing to do with the hosts.

Overall was a good stay, we enjoyed our weekend

Only a few things i felt were not accurate. There are a bout 4 miles of dirt road to get to this location and it had been raining so that was a pain. We ended up driving around in circles to find the boat ramp because there isn't enough cell service to keep 'maps' on from the house to the boat ramp. The grill would not work (propane) and we had brought food specifically for the grill so ended up having to leave the property to make other arrangements for meals. The dock is very nice! The house is dated but it was comfortable and clean.

Fantastic getaway

We had an absolute blast!! As someone had previously mentioned if you are not willing to be in the woods and secluded then this is not the place for you. We absolutely enjoyed the house, the dock, and the river. We spent lots of time jumping off the dock into the river and playing with our kids. This house is centrally located to all the springs that you could possibly want to get to. Can’t wait for our next visit to the Suwanee River.

Nice remote getaway!

Peaceful house with gorgeous views. The only thing I was thrown off was how remote it is and little to no cell reception. The property was clean, check-in was easy and had no problems during our stay. Our hosts were very responsive. Had great family time!
