Our overall stay wasn’t terrible however there are a few things I would like to call outParking: You have the option to either valet or park your vehicle yourself at MGM Grand but it wasn’t close and it was like a 15 minute walk so this was inconvenient for a family of 4 with a lot of luggage and stuff. TV in master bedroom: We tried all of the remotes available and none of them would work for the TV so we were unable to unwind and watch tv during bed as it only played the one channel it was already on and we didn’t care for the news.Balcony: we really enjoyed the balcony but it would have been nice if there were some chairs or something out there to sit onI would come stay here again and recommend it.

Nice and roomy condo, perfect for our 4 night stay. Nice view from room, quiet hotel but so convenient to get to the monorail station and restaurants, bars in MGM Grand. Clean, with just the basics you need in the kitchen. Easy check in and out. We will be back!

Everything was great and close to the strip. The only thing that would have been better would be to have a few things like salt and pepper. We decided not to buy groceries to cook because we would have to start from scratch. Most VRBO’s have a few things. Overall a great stay.

Excellent location overall. Easy to walk to many close locations. The 9th floor was good to get a real view of the surrounding area. :) Unit was very clean and kept. Bed was comfortable.

GROSS! They DON'T Clean the Sheets?I was very dissatisfied with how this property handled things after my stay. After checking out, I was notified of an extra cleaning fee because the sheets had a small blood spot—less than the size of a quarter in total.I asked what was required beyond simply washing the sheets and mattress , since any reputable hotel/vacation rental should already wash all linens thoroughly with hot water and disinfectant between guests. The fact that this was treated as an “extra” charge made me question whether they clean sheets properly by default. They never clarified what additional steps, if any, were actually taken.This is extremely concerning, because both sheets and mattress covers should be washed after every single guest. If using hot water to sanitize bedding is considered “extra,” then either (1) they are charging everyone this hidden fee, or (2) they are not properly cleaning the sheets and mattress covers between stays. Neither option is acceptable.I would understand if there had been a major mess, significant damage, or an impact on the mattress, but this was not the case. Charging extra to clean the sheets and mattress pad is unreasonable.The hotel itself is nice, but I would never book through them again. My experience felt shady at best and very unprofessional, and it left me questioning the cleanliness standards of the property.

All linens, including sheets and mattress pads, are always washed and sanitized after every guest stay. The charge you received was not for standard cleaning but specifically for blood stains on the sheet and mattress pad. Unfortunately, blood-stained linens cannot be returned to circulation even after washing, as they require special handling and, in most cases, replacement to maintain proper hygiene standards for future guests. We do appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the guest experience, and we’re sorry that this issue has left a negative impression after what we hope was otherwise a pleasant stay.
