The best place we’ve ever stayed in Vegas! Room was perfect, location was super close to the strip in a very convenient location being attached to MGM Grand, Mark was great and checked in on us and offered recommendations if we needed them. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Nice penthouse on the 29th floor. It's clean and bed was comfy. The room functions very well but it's dated. Furniture and decor could use a refresh. Mark was very easy to communicate with

Had a little hiccup between the host and the check in counter. The host told us that the room was ready for check in and the front desk told us that we would have to wait. We were extremely frustrated with what was going on.

We offered early check-in for free of charge. Apologies it didn't workout. We still were able to get you into the suite before check-in time. Would of been a smoother experience if it wasnt a last min day of check-in request. Guest didn't communicate very well with her tracking plans.

For starters I booked this specific room because of the jetted tub that’s advertised. The jets do come on but don’t stay on. I informed the host, they said I needed to use more water. No matter how much water I used they simply did not stay on. Secondly, upon arrival there was a lot of hair in the room and the sinks in the bathroom hadn’t even been wiped down as in there was toothpaste or something sticky on it . I reached out to the host. A cleaner came out the next evening after I had already cleaned. Lastly I turned the heater on and it seemed to be working perfectly but had a very disturbing smell which caused me to check out and make other arrangements almost a full day early because I’m an asthmatic. I informed the host I was leaving and never heard back. The view is nice. They have utensils, salt and pepper and a few seasonings. Over all this is a beautiful place. I personally wouldn’t stay here again though.

The room was great! Everything we hoped it would be. The location was perfect. Mark the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great location and wonderful view. Staff were very accommodating. The room was nicely furnished with cute decorative items. My only suggestion is to refresh the room. It is a little tired and could use a fresh coat of paint, etc. For the price it was a great stay.

This location is perfect if you have events at Dolby live, the mgm arena, 15 min walk. The room is dated and could use some maintenance but it’s excellent value. We were able to bring outside food and drinks into the pool area because the pool bar was not open yet.
