Fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in an all ages complex with 2 pool (1 heated) and a fitness room. This is a great location. It is close to all amenities, the complex is beside a mall with a bank, Publix, liquor store and several fast food places. It is very close the 34th street with a large variety of stores including Walmart and numerous Restaurants and fast food locations, everything you could need can be found on this street. Public transit is in front of the building. It is walking distance to Maximo Park, with a walking path, beach, bike trails, boat launch, fishing, docks and frisbee golf. Across the road is access to the Pinellas bike trails. The Magnusson hotel is down the road with a great tiki bar overlooking the gulf. It is in close proximity to St. Pete Beach, golf courses, the interstate and downtown St. Petersburg. The master bedroom has an ensuite, a walk-in closet and a walkout to the lanai. The lanai is tiled with and exceptional tranquil view of palm trees.
