Points faibles : Arrivée, communication
There was an unfortunate issue at check in which delayed entry. Eventually we worked that out. The price for the property was excellent. The owner did compensate for the check-in issue which I thought was fair. I don’t really give 5 stars unless something is spectacular so 4 stars is a very good review. I’d recommend staying at the property if you are in the area and chalk up the check-in issue to just one of those things.

It stinks quite literally. Do not be fooled by the pictures. This house is in serious need of refurbishing deep cleaning and proper care. Upon arrival the cleaning people were still there we drove right past the house because it is so overgrown it looks deserted and there were two vehicles in the driveway. We had driven 2 days straight from Pennsylvania. Arrived and was greeted by the woman that we thought was the cleaning team who is actually the owner. She told us to wait just a moment and they would be out of our way. I thank them for taking care of us before I really saw the reality of what was happening. I believe I commented on the smell of the cleaning agent because clearly they used heavily scented cleaning to camouflage the stench. The house was almost unbearable it smelled like a combination of urine, animals, sewage and smoke. We intended to utilize the garage because it was advertised as such. When I went into the garage it was clear that it cannot be used and hasn't been used for ages. It's loaded full of old furniture at junk. The door from the house to the garage is so badly warped and old you have to practically hurt yourself to open and close it. The entire house needs scrubbed they used a wet mop too attempt to clean the floor but every corner every baseboard every wall it's it's just old and moldy and falling apart and dirty. The toilet was dirty, there was hair on the floor, we went to go to bed hold the comforter back and the sheets were dirty with hair,

excellent stay

This place was such a relaxing place to stay. It was a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice large home and large yard. Check before going to the grocery store because there were lots of "extras" others had left that made meals easier. I really enjoyed staying here with husband, mother and son. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity for a family getaway like this.

We loved our stay. It felt like we were at home, decor was nice and everything was clean and orderly. there was a wonderful yard for our dog to run. The beds were so comfortable. Love the washer and dryer on site and the grill was great too. I would highly recommend this location as it took us a couple of ours to get to Disney and Universal studios from here.
