Comfy condo offers a 1/1 layout with 2 Full beds in the bedroom, and two roll out cots. The open floor plan living area has plenty of room. The fully- equipped kitchen, featuring stainless appliances, has everything you need to cook your meals. The dining area off the kitchen has seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Beach chairs, balls umbrellas, toys and games are available to add to your beach experience. Just bring your own beach towel.

Your beach getaway awaits you! This newly renovated one bedroom condo on the beach with an Intracoastal view is the perfect place to relax. Start the day by enjoying the sunrise on your deck and end the day watching the sunset over the Gulf. The condo features two full size beds in the one bedroom with a large closet with rollaway beds, ceiling fan and flat screen TV, a full kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay, a dining area and a spacious living area. You are welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys and games provided for the full beach experience. The building has a large pool area with many chairs and chaise lounges, a shuffle board, tiki bar area and barbeque grills all for you to enjoy. And if you like to fish, there is a fishing pier on the Intercostal and a boat dock both right across the street.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
