Wonderful place!

This was a lovely unit with plenty of space for my husband and my 20 yr old son. We were right on the beach with a view of the waterway and could see boats travel up and down. The unit was decorated beautifully and had all the extras! Cheryl was so very helpful and answered the couple of questions I had right away! We would stay here again!

Everything about this condo is great! The view of the intracoastal waterway is gorgeous! We have stayed here twice so far and will definitely be back again! Condo has everything you need to have a fabulous vacation! Owner is great to work with also!

Great Location

The condo was right on the water, so it was very convenient to run back to if needed. It was fully stocked with everything we could need and the owners were very quick in responding. I would highly recommend.

Great place

Nice renovated place. Comfortable beds, very clean, feels like home. Super close to the beach, with an intercostal waterway balcony view with the sunrise. The complex itself is in the process of being renovated. Great communication and responsiveness with the owners. 10/10 recommend!

Spring Break

Great property and owner. Everything that was described was in the property. Kitchen was stacked with everything you could possibly use. Views were awesome, saw dolphins swimming in the intercostal while eating breakfast.

Lovely Vacation

Location was very nice. We loved that there was a pool and that it was right on the beach. It was close to groceries, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Glad the condo offers at least one parking spot. FYI - additional guests can only park across the street and down a block. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Communication and check in were very easy.

Holiday Villas III Best Unit on Property

We have stayed at this complex for many years, and this is without a doubt our favorite unit. It is very clean and updated with everything that you would need including an 80 inch TV for those days of rain. The owner is fantastic to work with and is willing to go above and beyond to make our stay great. One of the best experiences I have ever had using Vrbo or any other rental application.

Beautiful condo and great location

We had a great vacation!! Was very central location, beach and pool were great. Sadly was construction going on that we were warned about. It was much worse than we anticipated. However, if construction was over we would definitely stay again! Host was excellent and answered right away and was very helpful!!

Gulf side two bedroom two bath newly remodeled condo facing unobstructed Intercoastal view across Gulf Blvd. Watch boats of all sizes cruising by while drinking your morning coffee on your large open balcony. Dolphin sightings are common so bring your binoculars. Then a short elevator ride to the beautiful white sandy shores. Heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Nice charcoal grill area. Private boat dock. Assigned parking. Short drive to John's Pass, many restaurants and shopping. Thirty minute drive to Tampa Airport. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen. Come visit your home away from home.
