The complex has a private beachfront pool and hot tub which walks out to the white, sandy gulf beaches. Newly remodeled fully functional kitchen. Just minutes from Clearwater and St Pete. Amenities galore.

My family and I enjoyed our time here together. Access to the building, the pool and the beach was effortless. The sunset was spectacular. Renting here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Condo was excellent and as described and pictured! Very clean and roomy!Check in instructions were very clear and Doug was very responsive with any questions that we had.The sunset views from the large balcony were absolutely amazing!!There is a bird sanctuary right next door, which we were hesitant about, but there were no bird noises at all other than an occasional crow. It was actually pretty cool to see all of the different bird species and pelicans in the trees in the later evenings and the mornings!The pool and hot tub right up by the beach were fantastic!Also a great location, with some local bars and a close great restaurant called the The Conch Republic Grill.We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Doug!

You get what you see! Nice spacious condo, easy pool and beach access. Great location! The king size memory foam mattress was firm and comforting. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here!!! The condo had everything we needed. There was a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella for us to utilize. The location was perfect. There was a trolley stop nearby that took us to great restaurants and shops along the beach. Having the pool right by the beach was amazing. We could go back-and-forth during the day. Doug was a great host and answered all of our questions quickly! I would recommend this place to my friends and family and will likely stay here again.

We went for 2 weeks in May. Beautiful views from the balcony. Not only could you see the ocean, you could see parts of the bay. Enjoyed seeing the birds from the Bird Sanctuary from the balcony also. Never crowded on the beach either. Pool was also relaxing and not crowded. We would definitely book this again. However, I would bring a good pan to cook with but it was great to have an excuse to go out to eat all the time.

Had issues checking in hard to get ahold of host. Host also gave cleaning crew wrong check out date they came into the condo when we were out but our belongings were inside nothing was missing. Condo location views of beach and inter-coastal waterway, pool and hot tub were great.

I apologize for the mix-up on the checkout time. I wish I could do that over. As far as check-in, it's very rare that anyone has an issue with it. In general my response time to guests is fast but in that case I was too slow to help. I'm glad you were finally able to get in following the instructions.

We loved the spacious, comfortable unit. Great location, just steps from the beach, nice view from the large balcony. Next to the seabirds sanctuary. Heated pool and hot tub.

We’ve been coming to San Remo for the last several years. Doug’s condo is laid out pretty much the same as others we’ve rented, although we did run into a few glitches involving the TV and some kitchen utensils. But, the view was glorious as ever and the weather certainly better than the blizzard we missed in MA!!

The condo itself is very nice! It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen items available, such as, foil, Saran Wrap, large bottle of dish soap, storage containers etc. with that being said, it did not take away the fun and relaxing atmosphere of the condo or the area. The pool was nice and warm and hot tub was hot. Just the way we like it. Doug was very prompt at responding to any needs or questions we had. We would stay here again!

the stay was good great views. the ac went out but they was rite on it and fixed it.the unit could use new pots and pans the one pan it had was horribl but the building is nice great location and great views.

Quiet family friendly convenient location
