On the Ground Floor there is a cloakroom and washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron for Guest use. There is also a Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the Ground Floor.

An A/C unit has also been installed for guest comfort. Free WIFI is also included for Guest use.

Upstairs there is a large loft area with comfortable seating, perfect for the kids to watch tv or to sit and quietly read. A great family area and we are sure you will enjoy it!

With an outdoor dining set and lounge chairs, enjoy the shade or an Al Fresco meal with your family and friends. Staying in Solterra provides you with access to their beautiful clubhouse - Guests will need to pay a one-time payment (currently $35) upon arrival to the Solterra Resort to use the Amenities. The Resort Amenities include a community pool, slide, gym and much more- it will provide days of family entertainment.

**Pool Heat**
Please check with the office regarding the cost of pool heat (subject to availability) at this lovely Villa. Pool heat must be ordered prior to arrival as the pool heat is turned on before you arrive to heat up the water. The pool heat order will be for the whole of your stay.
