House was in a nice quiet neighborhood, fairly close to Disney and SeaWorld. Enough room for my whole family to stay comfortably. pool was clean and large enough for the kids to enjoy a few during our visit.

Golf trip to Orlando

Perfect base for an Orlando holiday

As a large family we found the villa a great base for our holiday. We had just the right combination of bedrooms that we required and having our own pool to come home to was a great asset to our group. Having two public areas meant we had one for the children and one for the adults. The games room was great to have, although we were too busy to make much use of it.

A great place to relax after busy times at Disney and SeaWorld

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house. Our group was moderate in size, 10 of us (5 adults, 5 children). The house was plenty large enough to get away if needed and still provided a lot of together spaces such as the pool, living room, and game room for play with the kids (and adults too). It was the perfect place to land after a long day at either Disney, SeaWorld, or the Beach (we did all three) and just unwind before going down for the night.

Great huge for huge family house!

The property was the prefect size for my family 13 of use went 8 adults and 5 children 3 were ages 4-2 & 2 were infants. The heated pool was prefect for the children to enjoy!! We truly enjoyed our stay The children lived

A great stay!

We had a great stay. Owner was wonderful to deal with. Pool heat was broken upon our arrival but was quickly repaired and money refunded for time that heater was not working. I would recommend this residence.

Great place for our golf trip

The property was perfect for our annual golf trip vacation with ample beds and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable. The owner was prompt with concerns and helped us arrange a grill rental for the week. Pool was still chilly during our April visit so we didn’t use it much. There were a few things that could use some attention in the house (ex. carpeting) but the overall space and layout of the house needed for our group outweighed that for us.

A group of us stayed at this property for several nights and while we weren’t using the house much except for sleep, we were pleasantly impressed with the condition of the property. Due to a previous review we were worried about the state of the rental but the owner was very quick to quell our worries and was fast at responding to our needs. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and the laundry was great to have. The only feedback we had was that the temperature could not be set below 73 so it got hot at night and was uncomfortable to sleep (we are all from the north) although this might be fine for others. Overall though good experience.

Overall this is a nice place to stay and is in a nice neighborhood. Just a few minor issues. The downstairs tub/shower did not work. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced. We went and bought a cooking sheet and skillet to use.

Master bed slept great-only room I slept in. TVs in every room. Some difficulty figuring out the remotes. Plenty seating to watch movies together at night. 2 large tables and bar seating. Rarely there to use the pool. Could use update on fridge and coffee pot (one with automatic cutoff)

Terrible place, stay away.

This property is poorly maintained, which explains the lower price. The AC was completely nonfunctional, making loud, unbearable noises that kept us from sleeping—even after multiple calls for help. Many lights had missing bulbs, the furniture was in disrepair and broken, and the overall cleanliness was far from acceptable.It’s clear the owner is trying to monetize an outdated home without putting any effort or care into upkeep. Staying here could ruin your vacation. For your own sake, avoid this property—there are countless better options in Orlando. Spend your money wisely elsewhere.

Thanksgiving Vacation

We spent our 2024 Family Thanksgiving in this home away from home. Communication was not good with property manager it took a days to get a response to questions I had. Make sure to bring your own extra trash bags , paper towel and tissue. No extra items laying around for you stay. We had no room for trash accumulated throughout our stay because the prior renters trash was still in the bins. The home can use some remodeling with carpet (stained). Cleaning company clean the home but not throughly, we dropped something behind the couch and when we moved the couch trash was everywhere like no one ever vacuumed behind the couches or beds. Nice house just outdated and I’m a customer that will stay in a 3 star hotel so it’s not hard to please me. But some things were just not acceptable. Nice layout though!

The residence is big enough for 5 families with 3 and 4 year olds. Wished there was no additional fee for the heated swimming pool and sauna, but the kids enjoyed it immensely. Recommend the carpets to be steamed cleaned. There are a lot of stains on them. Could use a little bit of deep clean throughout the house. There were trash (plastic bags, cheerios, gummi bears/candy) under the beds, couch and behind furniture and side of refrigerator. There's a lot of dust on the window panes, windows need to be washed as well especially the kitchen where you can watch the kids swim. Be careful sitting on kitchen chair, one was broken, cushion no longer attached, missing screws. Bathroom supplies very limited, no extra toilet paper and no hand soap in all the bathrooms. Location is close and convenient to dining, shopping, entertainment and groceries as well as Disney and Universal Parks. It does get very busy at rush hour. Be careful with aggressive drivers around the area. Overall, would recommend this residence in the Davenport area.

Bad Stay

My wife and I arrived earlier then the rest of the family, good thing we did. We spent 2 1/2 hours cleaning. There was mouse feces in the kitchen drawers. The downstairs bathroom had black mold in and around the tub and urian and human feces on the wall. The family room ceiling fan is on a timer and only runs for 60 minutes. There are two broken chairs one at each table. The washing machine reeked and had black mold all in it and we had to clean it before we could use it or even tolerate the Oder in the house. Two of the upstairs bathrooms had roaches alive and dead. The pool was filthy and unusable the first two days. Several screens around the pool were half way out and had to be repaired. It was very obvious the house had not be cleaned or taken care. These were just a few of the problems.

An VERY Unhappy Review

Renters beware of this property! This is a 7 bedroom house that is NOT made for small children. The house was dusty and the kitchen floor had visible stains. The windowsills had dead bugs on them as well as underneath the furniture. We were very uncomfortable sleeping after we had to kill a few roaches ON THE SECOND FLOOR !!! We were also uncomfortable sleeping with the lack of AC. The owners keep it at 73-75 and will NOT lower it stating that their AC system will freeze up if it goes below 73. It was a very hot week in the 80's and 90's. Our babies were sleeping in 79 degree bedrooms!! We had Nanit monitors to prove the temperature. There is also no overhead lighting so the house is dark. They did have an exterminator come the day we complained which was too late in my opinion. On the 4th day of our week stay I called the management company to come fix the AC. The drain line was clogged and he cleared it. He showed me on his phone that he lowered the AC temp to 71, but the temperature in the entire house was never below 75. A couple weeks before our trip I saw a bad review of the property from November of 2022 with the same complaints that I had and questioned the owner immediately. I was told that there is a monthly exterminator contract, but I have stayed in several rental homes in the same area over the past several years and NEVER had to deal with these kind of issues. This house is about 45 minutes + from Disney with all the traffic. Keep that in mind.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house. There were a few small things but they were addressed immediately without an issue. I would definitely recommend this house for your stay and will use again if we come back.
