We had a wonderful stay for our 30th anniversary weekend and could not have asked for a better setting for our family gathering.The cottages were charming, comfortable, and incredibly convenient for a large group. Having everyone in separate cottages but all together in the same property made the weekend feel special without anyone feeling crowded. The outdoor spaces, tiki area, courtyard, and proximity to the beach gave us exactly the relaxed Florida atmosphere we were hoping for.The property worked beautifully for a multigenerational family group. We were able to gather for meals, sit outside and visit, walk to the beach, and still have plenty of space for everyone to come and go as they pleased.Management was also very responsive throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or concern, they answered quickly and worked with us to address it. That kind of communication is especially important when you are coordinating multiple cottages and a larger family event.We made so many wonderful memories here over the weekend, and the location and layout played a huge part in making that possible.We would absolutely recommend the property for a family reunion, milestone celebration, or group getaway and would happily stay again.Five stars for the accommodations, the location, and the management team.

The cottages were very nice and clean. The layout was great for our group. The host was very responsive to any issues we had.

We held a reunion of 20 cousins at this property. Each of the 8 cottages is different, but all have updated decor, very comfortable bedding and well-equipped kitchens. All also have just one bathroom, but plenty of nice, fluffy towels for bathing and swimming. The pool is convenient and refreshing. The Tiki outdoor eating area comfortably seats 12, but we made do with other tables. The beach is a 5-min walk away, and there are lots of restaurant and shopping opportunities very close by. There is a garage containing beach and pool toys. During a heavy rain storm, we experienced a minor leak and someone was on site in minutes to check on it. What could they do better? A few more rolls of toilet paper for a 4-night stay would have been nice, a bigger package of trash bags for a big group, and a trash container near the pool. Everyone said they loved it there, and we expect to return!
