There are 7 bedrooms throughout this home - each one will make you go O..M..G! Of course, each one with their own smart TV.

There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom has a king bed, while the second has two full-over-single trundle beds (a total of 2 full & 2 single beds).

Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms upstairs have a king bed, including the primary bedroom, which also has its own private ensuite bathroom. The fourth upstairs bedroom has one full bed, while the fifth has 2 full beds.

This home has 3 full bathrooms. Downstairs, one bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the primary bedroom's ensuite bathroom also has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The upstairs hall bathroom has two sinks, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

"This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
