Summary:
Our house is located in a private and serene area surrounded by Moonah trees set amidst a native garden close to the Peninsula hot springs, golf courses, & wineries.
Newly renovated-modern, spacious & bright with an open plan living area opening onto a deck, spa and bbq area, ideal for both summer and winter. Our home and has everything you will need. The kitchen is a cookâs delight with good quality appliances & equipment.
The area is ideal for cycling, gravel or mountain.
The Space:
Our house has recently been fully renovated!
Comprising of 3 bedrooms.
-Main bedroom has a king size bed, TV, modern ensuite, walk in wardrobe, living area and separate office work space. Ideal as a parents retreat.
-Bedroom 2 & 3 have queen beds + televisions + new robes. Both opening out to back deck with lounges. Bedroom 2 has a small desk with office chair.
Lounge area has 2 large couches with an extra office space with desk and office chair.
8 seating dining table in open space.
Main bathroom with walk in shower + bath.
Laundry is tucked away with washing machine/dryer + broom cupboard with lots of good quality cleaning equipment.
Relaxed main deck with a 6 person spa, couches, gas Weber BBQ. and huge 10 seat dining table all set under tranquil Moonah trees.
Back deck is accessed by bedrooms 2 and 3 and via the main house containing a separate outdoor seating set.
Outdoor shower with hot water perfect for post-swim.
Electric gate enters the property with a long driveway with onsite parking for multiple cars.
Linens are provided â but donât forget to bring your own beach towels!
The property and linens are professionally cleaned between guest visits.
WiFi is provided.

ATTENTION SCHOOLIES - Please don't inquire. Any schoolies thinking they will use their parent's account to book will forfeit their booking on arrival, be refused entry and lose their booking fee. All guests will be greeted in person and properties closely monitored between 26/11-4/12. Non-compliance will lead to instant eviction.

24 hour access via a keypad + key lock safe
Check in at 3pm - check out 10am.
Please make sure to dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided and pop the dishwasher on before you go
The home is all yours! The separate garage is the ownerâs storage will NOT be in use/accessed during your stay.
Getting Around:
You will need a car or bike to get around
Other Things to Note:
DOGS will be welcome but requests need to be made and pre approval received, you are responsible for any damage caused or mess left, and all dog-mess must be cleared promptly.
Inside, no dogs on the furniture or beds under any circumstance. We love dogs and understand travelling with your pets is important but we ask you respect our rules. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

CLEANING FEE applies. Extra charges will apply if the property is not left in a respectful condition per the House Rules, including any damage or mess caused by your dogs both internally and in the garden.
