We stayed here for our annual family trip to Lake Ouachita. This condo worked great for our family. The condo size was great for us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The family and I had an amazing stay! There were 11 of us, 4 teenagers and 7 adults up for a 40th birthday celebration. All of us commented on how spacious it was and how comfortable the sleeping arrangements were. Abbi was an outstanding host and communicated very well. Would highly recommend this place as an option if you are staying in the area.

Amazing condo - beautiful location

We had an amazing stay. The condo is beautiful, big and comfortable. We had everything we needed plus more. The resort is so pretty and the condo has large windows and balconies so you have a great view of the surrounding trees. Parking was easy as well. Communication with the host was great. We can’t wait to stay here again. This place is a 5 star!!

Fantastic place!

This property was perfect for our Father’s Day weekend celebration! We provided dinner for our family Friday night and had wonderful appliances and cooking utensils. The quality of this place is outstanding. I would love to stay here again! The owner was very kind and helpful! Loved the layout of the condo too! Wonderful place overall!

Father’s Day treat

This was the second year we have celebrated Father’s Day at this condo! It was wonderful this year just like last! The bunk beds provided so much room and fun for the kids! The host was very accommodating and easy to work with! We hope to go back next year!

Fantastic condo in the woods

We loved our visit to Mountain Harbor and this condo was fantastic. It is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in from appliances to utensils, glasses, etc. And the ice maker is AWESOME. The host communicated very well and we all enjoyed our stay. Would 100% rent from this host again and would do this unit again on our visit to Lake Ouachita.

Small mixup on check- in easily resolved. Had a great time. Stayed in unit next to the one we actually reserved. The microwave in this unit does not heat. Still had a blast. Thanks!

The only complaint I have is there was only 1 trash bag in the can in the kitchen. I think there should be a couple available until I can purchase some . But otherwise it was perfect. Thank you

Labor Day weekend

We had a great stay with our children and grandchildren. The house was very comfortably furnished for our needs with young children. The area was quiet. The expectations were clearing stated, reasonable and easy to follow. The parking was a bit tight as all the units were full. The upstairs neighbors were quiet but seemed unaware that others were in the unit below. Examples: blowing off the deck while we were outside grilling and simply letting their dog outside to do his business wherever. We kept the children from exploring the yard so they did not step in fresh

Perfect setting for Family, Friends, or Offsite Group Meetings

This was a perfect setting for entertaining clients. We reserved two units and both were outstanding. So many outdoor activities to pick from nearby for a good balance of work and fun. Everything you need to cook meals or dine in at the lodge. Lots of room for everyone to sleep in their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. I can't wait to take my family here so they can enjoy it as much as we did.

Birthday Weekend Was A Hit!

The condo was more roomy than we expected. We loved the open living and dining space with the large deck. The basement suite was very nice and provided some extra privacy for the “parents” in the group. We will return.

Perfect for a family vacation!

The property is just beautiful! Upgraded appliances and the master suite is just awesome! Coffee on the deck, while watching deer all around was a bonus. Loved the full view with all the windows.

Wonderful facility

Other than making bunk beds ourself with provided top sheets and comforters, the stay was flawless. We saw deer for days and thoroughly enjoyed our time on property. The condo was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was stocked as listed and in great condition. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo

This condo is in a great location in Mountain Harbor and is super comfortable. From the well appointed kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious decks, there is not a detail that was missed by the owners. Beautifully updated too! High recommend!
