Newly Renovated 2-Bedroom Condo at Beautiful Lake Ouachita-Mountain Harbor

If you’re searching for an effortless lake getaway, look no further than this updated condo at Mountain Harbor! Situated on Lake Ouachita, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental encourages days spent boating, fishing, and relaxing poolside with loved ones. Venture out to explore hiking trails in Hot Springs National Park and peruse the historic downtown area. After a day of family fun, return to your home-away-from-home to fire up the grill and enjoy peaceful surroundings from the deck.

The space
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and the second bedroom also has a queen bed but with a loft above, which is 2-twins toe-to-toe (slightly short of a standard twin length), which is great for kids! The second bedroom also has a TV and a gaming console with tons of retro arcade games loaded on it! There are also board games available in the closet.

The swimming pool is a community pool that is available to guests. There is a map in the Welcome manual that shows where everything is.

And miss out on the phenomenal Mountain Harbor restaurant! They have great food and a great atmosphere, but you can also order to-go! Be sure to call and check their hours because they change in the off-season.

Boats, jet-ski's, paddle boards and more are available to rent from the Mountain Harbor Marina. There is also a horse riding stable close to the condo that you can utilize for wonderful trail rides through the beautiful National Park with views of the lake. They are very kid friendly.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo unit and the shared association amenities, such as the pools and tennis courts.

Great place to stay

Nice newly renovated condo. Perfect spot with close access to the lake and pool. It was comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin is nice, has all kitchen needs for cooking, great location. The pool is close by, the gaming for kids has so many games. Close to Marina for jet sky rentals/boat rentals. We will be back.

Beautiful and Peaceful Stay!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. The setting was so peaceful and it was so relaxing spending time on the deck! Loved the location on the woods and near great walking trails!

Beautiful condo

We were very satisfied with our stay! This was our first time using VRBO and we were so happy that we did! Our kids loved the bunk beds! Everything was so clean and well put together. Definitely recommend to anyone going to this area of the state!

Quick Family Getaway

We traveled to the Mt. Ida/Mountain Harbor area for a quick 3 day getaway over spring break to do some exploring, hiking & fishing. This property was a perfect fit. Great 2nd bedroom with a bunk for sleeping and the video game console for some fun while they wind down after a long day outside. Walkable to the lake and endless options for fishing/hiking within just minutes!

We recently stayed at this lake condo and was beyond impressed. From the moment we arrived, everything felt fresh, welcoming, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail in maintaining the space was obvious—floors spotless, linens crisp, and not a speck of dust in sight.The house itself was beautifully designed, with cozy furnishings and large windows that offered stunning views. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the deck and our evenings watching the wildlife. Pure bliss.Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a fun-filled weekend with friends, this lake house is a perfect choice. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Best Unit We've Stayed At in Mountain Harbor

Unit was spotlessly clean, bright, nicely decorated. This will be our go to unit in the future. Two Items to Note: Make note of the very accurate walkway pictures on owner's web page. It's a mild walk from the parking lot to the unit front door. No big deal unless you're carrying heavy stuff. Maybe a flashlight for night time if you're not spry and sure footed. Approximately 3 sets of 7-steps to navigate. Also, no TV in master bedroom. Again, no big deal. Forced us to break the bad habit of watching TV in bed. Great TV in living room with quality swivel mount. Super quiet. Ample parking. Easy to find. New, good quality appliances. WiFi worked flawlessly. Unit owner super responsive.
