This was a wonderful house with a great location and perfect for our family. It was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would add is two more trash barrels as they only pick up once weekly. The pool and fire pit were just perfect and we enjoyed it all. Management was so helpful and got right back to us. We will be back next Summer.

Beautiful home with plenty of sleeping room. Nearly everything needed was provided to include necessary kitchenware. Our only complaints were that the main living room tv would not work for some reason, even though it was supposedly connected to the home internet. Also, there was only 1 bath towel for each person for the duration. So we all had to reuse them. Not a huge problem for our stay, but if we rented the home for more days we would have had to do laundry. Neither are major complaints as much as they are just notes to be aware of. Otherwise the place was wonderful!!

The house was fantastic. If it wasn’t for two days of the WiFi and therefore streaming not working and the pool not heating, we would have rated it excellent. It has all the amenities and more!

It is an architecturally stunning new home that was thoughtfully designed with the utmost care to create a destination for families looking to explore Harwich and have a relaxing retreat! From the heated hydrotherapy pool to the multiple private spaces perfect for multigenerational families, this home was designed to have it all (including a ping pong table and kid's activity room!) I am so sorry about the temporary glitches with the wifi and pool heating. They have been repaired and are in working order. We would be delighted to host you again! -Jacqui at Del Mar

Overall we had a nice stay at this Del Mar rental. There were some discrepancies in the listing regarding access but the team was communicative and sent someone out to help - no issues getting into the house, just some outdated information. We wish the pool could have been warmer, we only got one pool day because the weather was windy and 70. The pool is in shade most of the day as well so that didn’t help. Walkable to downtown Harwich which we adore, so location is great, and it’s obviously a beautiful new build. Plenty of space for the whole family, good entertainment for kids. The WiFi signal isn’t great but hopefully you have beautiful weather and don’t need it! Even still, we kept busy and enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Del Mar team!

The house is new, so it's not surprising that it's not well-appointed yet in the kitchen- utensils, etc. (however the dishes are quite nice.) Some rooms have huge closets, others have none, some have dressers others do not. No rugs anywhere in the house. We had to use our personal accounts for all TV including Direct TV for basic shows, seems like that should be included given the price. Keys to 'the apartment' did not work so we just left it unlocked. Great location for exploring the lower/outer Cape!

I appreciate your feedback on the kitchen supplies, furnishings, and access. I personally went to the home to check on the keys and have updated the instructions to avoid any further confusion with the andersen doors - they can be a little tricky! This home is equipped with smart TVs with live TV, and you are welcome to log into any of your preferred apps during your stay! A ton of space, well decorated, and all the accommodations needed. We enjoyed the pool house with ping pong table and the fire pit !
