Steppingstones, une magnifique petite propriĂ©tĂ© sur un hectare en face du port de Wychmere, offre un cadre captivant ornĂ© d'arbres matures, de jardins de fleurs apaisants, une vaste pelouse Ă©meraude, un Ă©tang de carpes koĂŻ et trois patios sĂ©parĂ©s. Il y a un bain Ă  remous adjacent Ă  une douche extĂ©rieure du miaulement ainsi qu'un foyer sur le patio avant. Vous profiterez d'une dĂ©tente totale dans votre oasis de tranquillitĂ©, Ă  quelques pas de la ville et de nombreux restaurants superbes et conviviaux pour les familles. À moins d'un quart, le ferry-boat Ă  destination de Nantucket et la plage de Merkel sur les eaux chaudes du dĂ©troit de Nantucket Sound comme le port de plaisance sur le port de Saquatucket, idĂ©al pour les amateurs de navigation de plaisance.
Steppingstones, la maison principale, est soigneusement entretenu et mis à jour. Il comprend une cuisine haut de gamme et un garde-manger. plus une petite cuisine secondaire nouvelle. Un plafond de poteaux et de poutres distinctif rehausse les spacieux salons et salles à manger en forme de L qui entourent une magnifique cheminée ancienne du centre de la mode, avec deux cheminées à bois, une dans la salle à manger et une autre donnant sur le salon, créant une atmosphÚre chaleureuse et chaleureuse. . Le salon est idéal pour la lecture, tandis que la salle de soleil 4 saisons agrémentée de meubles encastrés et d'un foyer à gaz est idéale pour une détente paisible. Pebbles a Ă©galement une salle de bain complĂšte ainsi qu’une douche extĂ©rieure et une baignoire sur le patio arriĂšre. Le coĂ»t de Pebbles est de 250 $ de plus par nuit. plus 75 $. nettoyage.

Il y a un grand parking pour huit voitures et le garage est trĂšs spacieux.
Nous sommes désolés, cependant, nous ne pouvons pas louer à des groupes dans la plupart des cas.

Stay at Steppingstones

We had an epic week at this beautiful property. This Harwich Port location is centrally located to so many activities at the Cape which we fully enjoyed. Everything at the house contributed to our enjoyment from grandkids to grandparents.

The house and surrounding gardens / grounds were lovely! The house was well equipped and accommodated 15 adults and an infant perfectly. Great location for walking to beach plus driving to other parts of the Cape. Owners were very accessible to address concerns. Only negative was WiFi connection which was unreliable.

Marylynn and David were the best hosts and we had a wonderful stay at their beautiful home for our wedding! The house is in a great location within walking distance to town and the beach. It was so nice to have my whole family together in one place with plenty of room!

Fantastic Weekend!

This was the perfect venue for our family as we attended a wedding nearby. The grandchildren were able to play outside on the lovely grounds. We also walked to the beach and explored the seashore. It was nice having everyone in one place and in such a lovely home.

This was a fantastic rental for location, venue, scenery, property, home accommodations and coordination experience. Well done and very memorable for our large family. This is a terrific house. Large and spacious. Easily accommodated our 16 family members.

We loved the house and it’s close proximity to my son’s wedding venue at Wychmere Beach club. The house is spacious and allowed our large family to be together for 4 days during wedding activities. We would highly recommend this home

Magical property!

This home sits on a stunning piece of property across the street from the harbor. The inside is charming, comfortable and homey. We also rented the cottage on the back on the property. Just as wonderful. We didn't lack for anything. Communication with the owners was wonderful! We hope to have an opportunity to rent again some time in the future!

Quintessential Cape Cod Home

This home is wonderful with a vast lawn and lovely gardens throughout the property. The location close to the village and beaches is great. The large main house and cottage are well appointed with modern amenities while maintaining the charm characteristic of a quintessential Cape Cod home. Our family of 14 found the property delightful and a comfortable fit for our large group. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and communication was great! I would highly recommend this property for a multigenerational family vacation.

Beautifully maintained home with spectacular grounds and harbor view.

Plenty of space for group gatherings, yet areas for quite solitude. Our family of ten enjoyed this property centrally located on the Cape that provides easy access to everything we covered from Provincetown to Martha's Vineyard. Beautiful home in a perfect location!

The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable for a big group of friends (15 people). Marlynn was responsive to any questions we had about the house and was kind enough to let us use the beach chairs/coolers/bikes in her garage. The location is also perfect: right in the middle of town and an easy 10 minute walk to the beach. The property has a great lawn for outdoor games and activities and has a great kitchen perfect for cooking for a large group.

Family Reunion and Birthday Celebration

The house was large with plenty of room.. We liked the fact the bedrooms were separated into different areas of the house. Gave plenty for all to spread out. The property was secluded and quiet. Beach was a short walk. Harwichport was a quaint town with good restaurants. Pebbles was adorable and loved the outdoor shower and bathtub.

Beautiful rental - great for families!

My family recently rented Stepping Stones and Pebbles for a week and had a wonderful experience - highly recommend renting this beautiful property! Perfect rental for a larger group, plenty of space to gather together while also offering lots of privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms. The house comes equipped with everything you would need for your stay - grill, fire pit, outdoor furniture, beach chairs, coolers, bikes
 David and Marylynn were responsive and helped answer any question I had, very easy to work with! My family had the best week spending time together creating memories! Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful home!

Fabulous Vacation!

Our family just had its most memorable and fun-filled Cape Cod vacation ever at the gorgeous "Stepping Stones"! Three generations enjoyed the wide green lawns that were perfect for family ball games, the exceptionally well-appointed kitchen where gourmet "treats" were created, and the large indoor and outdoor dining areas that were perfect for family meals and impromptu get-togethers. We loved the nearby beaches and the wonderful view of Cape Cod's most picturesque harbor. There were so many spacious rooms - all comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is in such a great location for our favorite Cape acivities. This idyllic home and grounds exceeded our expectations in every way!

Great for our family get together

Tons of space and gorgeous yard. Had plenty of linens and living room is amzingly cozy and warm. An easy walk to the beach and eating breakfast in the front yard watching the sunrise over the harbor was breath taking. We walked for ice cream down the street each night and had the delicious melataways at Bonatts bakery every morning and had dinner once at Brax about 500 yards from the house. Cannot think of anything else you would need. The kitchen was huge and there is a back patio with a grill and a table for atleast 12 people...so much fun. Coming back next year.

Great long weekend on the Cape!

We took advantage of a nice long fall weekend on the Cape. 4 couples with 2 small children and we had plenty of space to play in and outside the house. The kitchen area is fantastic for accommodating big groups helping out with meals, etc. Really do not need to use your car much once you arrive, walking distance to most places (restaurants, shops, etc.). The property is great with tons of outdoor space to explore. Everything worked perfectly and was very self explanatory. Very friendly town. Great 9 hole course to play, beautiful beach 5 to 10 minute walk away. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this house. Thanks again for such a great weekend!

We are David and Marylynn Clune. Our four children are David, Jim, Ed and Mary Elizabeth. Our lives began in Western Ma.. work took us to Greenwich, Ct. then to Lexington, Ma. and back to Wilton, Ct. in Fairfield County since 1982. Our first son was born in Greenwich, the next two in Lexington and our daughter in Wilton. Time has a way of having everyone grow up and move on to becoming one lawyer, two doctors and one teacher. We are blessed with nine grandchildren and they are the best!! Everyone does their fair share to help in managing our mini estate which is run as a family business.

Stepping Stones has many nooks and cranies; three separate patios, enough for everyone to have space to read, think, rest and nap. The yard lends itself to personal time or meditation.
You can walk across the street to the harbor, again to rest or read and of course, the beach is just 400 yards away. So close, with chairs already there, you just need to show up! Enjoy!
