A heat pump in the living area, with air conditioning, ensures a comfortable temperature year-round. The kitchenette covers basic self-catering needs, equipped with a full oven with 4 hotplates, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fridge/freezer.

The location is ideal, with the local supermarket just an eight-minute drive away. A five-minute walk or quick drive will take you to the renowned Mangawhai Surf Beach, where you can enjoy safe swimming between the flags, surfing opportunities, and refreshing ocean air. For a scenic adventure, try the coastal walk: head along the beach at low tide and return along the cliff top to take in the breathtaking views.

The town offers a variety of eateries, a good grocery store on Wood Street opposite the golf course, and other attractions including Bennetts of Mangawhai chocolate factory and cafe and the famous Mangawhai Tavern.
