Welcome to the delightful "Captain Sandy" a holiday rental nestled in the heart of Blairgowrie, a stones-throw from Blairgowrie front beach on the Mornington Peninsula. A light filled double story town house styled to perfection and will accommodate up to 7 guests with off-street parking for 2 cars, one undercover. The kitchen has modern appliances, is well equipped for stay-in meals and there is also a sunny back patio surrounded by trees for sunset drinks and a BBQ with your family and friends.
The property boasts three Queen bedrooms. The Master bedroom is downstairs with the main bathroom and separate powder room. Upstairs the second bedroom accommodates two with a comfortable Queen bed and the third bedroom a trio of guests can comfortably sleep in the spacious Queen + king single bunk bed above.
The Captain Sandy excels in providing a host of amenities designed for your comfort and enjoyment even a kayak for the beach. Enjoy the cool air conditioning and ceiling fans in summer or warm heating in winter, the well-equipped kitchen complete with all modern high-end appliances and kitchen utensils you'd need such as microwave, oven, Smeg coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. A large smart TV in the main living area is perfect for nights in streaming your favourites.
One of the other great features of this property is the location and proximity to the beautiful Blairgowrie beach. A 5 min stroll across the road to the perfect beach for all ages to enjoy. After a day of beach or exploration on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula the convenient washing machine and dryer services will help ensure your family holiday remains easy and hassle hassle-free.
Pet friendly for well behaved pets who don't like to wander, but please note that the property is not securely fenced.
This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
