Update as of 3/22/26: THE POOL IS NOW OPEN! Just two houses from the bay beach, with a heated in-ground pool, theater room, and amenities galore, this Coastal Chic 4BR home is the calming retreat you and your family need. The main living area welcomes you with high ceilings, tall windows pouring in natural light, a gas fireplace, and a big comfy sectional large enough to seat the entire family. French doors lead to a screen room overlooking the pool, with a fire pit table that seats 6, an additional lounging area, and stair access down to the pool deck. On the main level, you’ll also find a beautiful queen bedroom with high ceilings, lots of light, and a desk complete with computer monitor. Walk past the full hall bath to find a bunkbed room that sleeps 6, with twins over doubles. Upstairs, the primary suite invites you to indulge with an elegant chaise lounge, king size bed with memory foam topper, and private access to a large open-air deck with sun bed, not to mention the ensuite bath with jetted tub, radiant-heat flooring, beautifully tiled rainfall shower, and a separate toilet closet for ultimate privacy. The queen suite down the hall is large enough to fit a pack-n-play and arm chair, and it conveniently has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. We offer up to four rollaway beds as needed to sleep a total of 16. Dogs are more than welcome in our home! They are permitted on the nearby beach before 11am and after 4pm during the summer months as well as any time during the off-season. Parents: we have a high chair, pack-n-play, baby gate, Bumbo chair, sippy cups and more. And you won’t have much trouble keeping the kids entertained: downstairs we have a 115” projector screen, surround sound, and karaoke in the theatre room, as well as games, toys, coloring books, a chalkboard wall, and pop-a-shot in the playroom! To make your short beach walk a breeze, we provide a wagon, beach towels, and backpack chairs with coolers attached. POOL: The pool is usually opened mid-May and closed soon after Labor Day, but please be sure to confirm specific dates. LINENS: Comforters and pillows remain in the home; Linen Ladies of Cape May (linenladies.com) delivers freshly washed duvet covers, sheets, and towels; choose the Whole House Package (linenladies.com/product/511-mulberry-rd-villas), select items á la cart, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer. LUXURY SERVICES: We are happy to recommend a local photographer, private chef, in-home massage therapist, yoga/pilates instructor or any other service that would make your stay special. WELCOME BOOK: A Welcome Book will be sent to you electronically upon booking your stay with us. Please review it for additional important information, including a checkout checklist. DOOR CODE: You will automatically receive a unique door code from VRBO shortly before your check-in date. We look forward to hosting you!

Lots to do!

It was a wonderful stay! We had four kids total and everyone loved the basketball and movie room so much! The atmosphere of the house is so relaxing and easy. Great short walk to the beach too!

Beautiful North Cape May Home

We loved our stay one lot back from the Delaware Bay, one of the best kept secrets on the East Coast. The house and location were more than comfortable, allowing for a quiet, restful weekend. We plan to be back!

Weather wasn't great for us but there was plenty to do in the house. There is a theatre room with 5 recliners that we used a lot. Pool was great and heated so the kids could still swim even when the temperature wasn't great. We had a problem with the pool at the beginning but Crystal took care of it right away.

Everything was great! The property was clean and well maintained. The only issue was VRBO not sending our access code. The issue was very quickly resolved by our gracious host! We especially appreciated that all the light switches were labelled! That was truly helpful. The pool was very clean and the house in general was well appointed. Definitely one of the best we've stayed in, and are seriously considering returning.

Family Memorial Service

The house worked great for hosting breakfast for local family and was very comfortable for others in the family to stay and be able to get to the beach. Two last minute pets were able to be with us so everyone could come!

Villa vacay

The house was clean and comfortable Kitchen had essentials plus Great pool furniture and family room seating and a wonderful table that fit our family. We appreciated having cable TV and a wonderful screened in second floor deck where we spent our evenings playing games with our family When we arrived For check in at 4 we had to drive 20 minutes into Cape May to get keys and then had to go back on Saturday to return keys and wish they used a lock box for renters instead We immediately called the real estate agent when we arrived from getting the keys at about 5:30 pm because the pool was green. We sent a picture so that they did not think we were exaggerating. No one came until Monday morning to service it. The pool company was successful in clearing it in a few hours. We just wish we did not loose 2 days of our rental week because the pool was not serviced prior to our arrival Saturday evening.
