We're sorry to hear that the warm summer temperatures, fan noise, and nearby bus traffic affected your comfort. While this property does not have air conditioning, we do provide fans in each bedroom to help keep the space as comfortable as possible during the warmer months. We also appreciate you letting us know about the outlets that weren't working and that the elevator was difficult to locate. Guest feedback like yours helps us improve. Had we known about the outlet issue during your stay, we would have been happy to have our maintenance team look into it. We're also reviewing how we can make the elevator location easier for future guests to find. Thank you again for your feedback.
