Bookings after this time must be cancelled within 1 hour for a refund, otherwise the first night will be charged with no access. >>Bins must be placed out for collection on the correct night. (Yellow recycling bins are collected every second week.) >>This is a non-smoking property. Any cigarette butts found will result in forfeiture of the bond. >>Neighbour complaints = immediate removal or cancellation of booking >>Accidental/deliberate damage will incur repair or replacement charges. >>Guests must leave the property in a clean condition and return furniture to original positions or additional fees apply.

If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure.
