This was an excellent property for a family vacation. The home was clean, well equipped with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the beach access and how close it was to Harbor Springs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well appointed and charming. Our group had two couples and two kids and the space was perfect. The yard was lovely and we enjoyed several nights sitting outdoors.If we have to be a little nit picky, it would be nice if the outdoor table was designated for the carriage house as the big house has multiple other outdoor seating areas and there was some uncertainty over who could use it.Also the beach is not easily accessible. It is not a long walk, but there it did involve young children walking in the road. The path down is steep. Once down, though, the platform on the beach is wonderful. We brought drinks and watched the kids stone hunt.Overall we hope to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in the Bliss Carriage House. It was very well stocked with everything and more that you needed for the week. We cooked in most nights and all of the kitchen items are in excellent condition even had an almost brand new Weber grill that we used throughout the week. The only thing I suggest is to provide a better fan for the room with twin beds. We had really warm temperatures when we were visiting and the fan available didn't do much. Also, the window in the room didn't appear to open so we couldn't do that. The management team was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we would love to come back and rent the Bliss Carriage House again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Graham were exceptional. Easy to work with, friendly, courteous, and attentive. The home was spotless and well-equipped. Cozy, cute and clean. The location was very close to downtown and easy in/out. The main was occupied during our stay, but was never a nuisance.Our family of 4 enjoyed: Gurney's, Pierson's, Johan's, Kilwins, the Cupola, Vernales and Paper Station; the Harbor itself, Mass at Holy Childhood, the farm market, day-trip to Mackinaw Bridge and Mackinac Island, the little towns along the Tunnel of Trees, and played 2 rounds of golf. All very enjoyable and easy. While it was busy in town, we never hunted long for parking.Our only disappointment was the walk to the beach. While not too far and beautiful once there, the cars along the road to get there travel extremely fast (no sidewalks). I would not want to take littles or elderly along that route. Once down the path to the beach itself, it was beautiful and we met some very friendly neighbors.
