This was a great location to stay for a weekend of snowboarding at Nubs Nob and The Highlands. The hosts were very kind and the house had everything we needed for our weekend away. We hope to be back again in the future!

The house felt a little dated and had a musty smell. It could probably use new carpeting. Otherwise, the owners were great and the location convenient.

We had an amazing stay at this charming little cottage. “The Nest” was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was—our dog loved it here and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities for pets. The location was peaceful and picturesque, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything went smoothly with check-in and communication, and we had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and pet-friendly retreat!

This was a lovely and well appointed place to stay. The location is great for sightseeing, fishing, shopping and hiking. We had several cold rainy days and it was good to have a warm, comfortable place to return to. Our hosts were quick to answer texts. Definitely an A place to stay.

Fortunately we only needed to sleep here. The inside appeared to be very clean. But when we opened the front door we were hit with a terrible smell of CAT URIN !!

The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. The out-dated electrical system made me uncomfortable, as well as the air conditioning system during the very hot days.

The house was very comfortable for the two of us. The living room and kitchen were well sized. The bathroom has plenty of counter space to put out bathroom/cosmetic supplies. The location is very convenient to downtown. The house is a bit noisy with the portable air conditioner, dehumidifier and the road noise, but not enough that it ruins the stay. The outside patio was very nice for an evening beverage and reading.

Second visit to this cute cottage

This is a cute, clean, well-stocked, comfortable cottage. The owners were very accommodating, even letting us know the cottage was available a bit early the day of arrival. We brought a tether for our dog only to find they already have one available near the deck. The cottage is close to town which is very convenient, but the road can be busy which is why I gave 4 stars to location. I would definitely stay here again!
