Summer is here in Eldora!
Escape to the mountains! Are you looking to hike, ski, snowshoe or just get away and enjoy the quiet? This historic, rustic property is perfectly situated in a neighborhood of quaint cabins in the 1897 mining town of Eldora, 10 minutes to Eldora Ski Area, 10 minutes from the quiet, quirky little mountain town of Nederland, and 30 minutes from Boulder. Rocky Mountain National Park is just an hour away!
Located on a fairly quiet dirt road which is accessible with 2WD cars in the summer and 4WD OR AWD in the winter only. The cabin is approximately 30 feet away from the owner's studio.
Sleeps 4, in a queen-sized bed in master bedroom, a full-sized bed in main floor bedroom, and twin sized sofa bed in the living room. Bed linens provided.
Living room has a loveseat, leather easy chair, ottoman, sofa that converts to a single bed, 50 inch TV with DVD player (selection of DVD's) and ROKU, stereo system with Bluetooth and a record player. Good WIFI. Electric heat in all rooms, and propane heat in the living room.
There is hot and cold running water in the bathroom, sink, flush toilet and a clawfoot BATHTUB WITH A STEP UP THAT CAN ONLY BE USED FORSHOWERS, as there is only a 20 gallon water heater. Towels, soap and shampoo provided. WE ARE ON A DELICATE WELL AND SEPTIC SYSTEM SO WE ASK THAT YOU BE MINDFUL AND CONSERVATIVE PLEASE.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and bake, with a propane gas stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot and cooking implements. Our well water is drinkable. Complete with Fiestaware dishes, flatware, glasses, coffee, tea, oil, and some condiments.
The yard has a picnic table and lawn chairs, shade umbrellas, gas barbeque and a gas firepit for those cool evenings roasting marshmallows! Smoking cigarettes or 420 is allowed outside, safely only.
We are Gay friendly! We do not tolerate stupid or mean people! You will be asked to leave.
