Custom Beach House in Guanacaste Costa Rica
Just pack your shorts and flip flops to visit our home in Costa Rica! We have been enjoying Costa Rica since we had the house built in 2004. It is on the Guanacaste Penisula located between Tamarindo and Nosara as far west as you can go before you jump in the ocean. Also mentioned as one of the five Blue Zones of the world we are on the Nicoya Pennisula.
If you walk out the front door and take 361 of my steps you will be touching our beautiful black sand beach. First question we are always asked is it really on the beach and yes, you sit on the deck and watch the sunset every evening at approximently 5:45.
Our home features 2500 square feet of living space and was created with local materials and artists keeping the exotic Costa Rica feel so you can experience the culture in comfort.. The upscale seaside 3-Bedroom, 3 bath with an additional sun room and King size futon. You are welcome to use the resort pool and other amenities for a daily fee.
We have very fast 20MB internet service so itâs easy to work from our home.
Enjoy all the comforts of home in Costa Rica paradise; full kitchen, laundry, daily housekeeping, 2 grand verandas to watch the whales go by, hammock, satellite TV, DVD and stereo surround sound. Features Seashore themed architecture and furniture with panoramic ocean views.

Susan here along with grandson Justice. We recently moved back to the USA after my husband passed away.
My late husband Rick and I designed and had our home in Costa Rica built in 2004 and have loved going there all these years.

Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
We first visited Playa Azul in 2002 and fell in love with the area and the people, the only thing there was the current resort bungalows which we stayed in. The past owner who was a contractor convinced us we could build a house in a foreign country successfully and to our surprise it went very smoothly. Here you are now all these years later looking to rent it.
Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique
Since we are right next to the resort but not part of it you have the option to use their facilities for a fee, such as the swimming pool and restaurant and even the spa. When you arrive just go to the check in and they will explain their services to you. Be sure and tell them you are staying at the big yellow house and you will get a discount.
