Welcome to Sandpiper Beach 502! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom condo offers a serene beachfront lifestyle with stunning views of the Gulf. Located on a quiet, dead-end street, the property boasts a peaceful setting, backed by a tranquil preserve. The Sandpiper Beach complex is a thoughtfully restored community, featuring a variety of amenities including a refreshing pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and plenty of parking for residents and guests. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or enjoying a sunset over the Gulf, this island retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in-suite washer & dryer, community BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, boardwalk to beach access, NO elevators! Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets Allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Condo was perfect for us. My 80 year old mother was able to easily access the beach which was very important to us. Sanibel is our favorite vacation spot.

Condo was perfect for our family. The condo grounds/pool were super well maintained (outdoor showers, shell washing station). Unit itself was immaculate, well appointed and very clean. Sanibel is a beautiful spot and this condo was the perfect place to stay for us. We would not hesitate to book this condo again. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the beach chairs. The umbrella and one of the chairs was really nice, the others were uncomfortable/rusty/mismatched.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very recently refinished. Everything looked great. Condo was ready early on day of checkin. That's a huge plus in our book. Only negative was that the master bed wasn't comfortable. Maybe needs a new or different mattress?

We had a wonderful visit here! The place had everything we need did and Anne was incredibly responsive. The place was super comfortable for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and swim in the pool daily.

Family of three traveling to Sanibel. Second time staying at this complex, first time in this unit. Previous stay was two months before Hurricane Ian. We were concerned about the potential state of the complex and island, but there were zero signs of impact at the complex. Clean and quiet grounds, immaculate unit, perfect pool, friendly neighbors, and much closer to ocean than many other spots on Sanibel. If you enjoy cooking like us, kitchen is not stocked with spices: salt, pepper, etc… and beach closet was minimal with chairs that were quite rusty. Be aware you will need to bring your own cooking spices and potentially items to make your time at the beach more comfortable. Perfect stay all around.
