This house was spotless and conveniently located to Rome's vibrant Broad/Downtown area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

2 night stay

Pro- location is SO CLOSE to downtown which was great for why we were there. The beds and bathrooms were fine. For the price, it was a place to sleep.Con- not a nice neighborhood and I would not recommend it for a family. While so close to downtown, it is not safe to walk.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s proximity to downtown and found the beds and bathrooms comfortable.We want to assure you that the neighborhood is a diverse and long-standing community where many families reside. We have lived here for 40 years and have always felt safe. While there are older homes in the area, our property is newly renovated, and we have security cameras installed for added peace of mind. We’re sorry if you felt otherwise during your stay, but safety has never been a concern for us or our neighbors, including a police officer who lives nearby.We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your time in town."

We had a great time in Rome! We were able to walk to the Catholic Church from the house. The home was super clean and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee. Me and my family felt safe in the neighborhood and we even walked to The Varsity's for dinner. The home was close to everything we visited. The home has one TV which was fine and gave us time to connect.

Clean Property, not ideal location

The property was nicely renovated and clean, however the location was a very rundown neighborhood and the street parking was not great. You must park fully in the street, there is no shoulder. I was worried the whole stay that someone was going to drive over the hill directly into my car. Also, we were in town for an athletic event and one of the reasons I booked this house was for the washer and dryer so we could clean uniforms from day 1 to day 2. When we arrived there was s sign on the washer that it was out of order; no advanced notice.
