My husband and I stayed for a couple of nights. The place is cozy and quaint. The host lives on the property. Our stay still felt private. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to everything. We plan to stay again on our next trip to Rome.

Wonderful alternative to staying in one of the local motels. We spent all our time with family living in the area and only needed this as a place to sleep. We woke up to deer grazing right outside our bedroom window both mornings! Ronnie is very nice and let us know everything we needed to know. We would definitely stay again.

Just What We Needed!

The property is easy to find and close to everything! We were in town for an event at the forum and this vrbo was super close to where we needed to stay. It was very quiet and we loved being able to see the deer when we were coming and going from the property. We are planning on staying here next time we are in Rome, GA!

This property is a great blend of peaceful nature and urban convenience. The neighborhood is exquisite with lots of grazing deer--great for taking an after-dinner walk--very quiet and safe. The apartment is cozy with everything you need for a short or long visit. Ronnie is great host, and he provides an immaculate landscape to enjoy.

Great little apartment near central Rome

Clean, comfy and convenient, I was able to work remotely from the apartment for the duration of my stay without any issues. Property manager was friendly, and provided a great rate. Enjoy your stay and watch the deer graze out the windows while you enjoy your morning coffee.

Peaceable kingdom

This property is perfect for two people. It is in a lovely residential neighborhood with established trees and huge yards. Woods behind. Ronnie is a wonderful host, with lots of helpful information on Berry College and the Rome area. Hope to visit here again!

Cozy little place

The owner is very nice, even when I had to wake him up due to locking ourselves out. The place was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is beautiful. There was not an evening we didn't see beautiful whitetail deer.

Location, location, location

Great location but apartment was a DIY project with an awkward layout and the tiny bathroom fells like it was an afterthought in the floorplan (super small shower, no counter space, no shelves, and no towelbars). Apartment was pretty clean but host needs to move furniture away from walls and clean the baseboards (cobwebs and active tiny spiders were behind bedroom nightstand). Also, there were no drinking glasses in the kitchen (only an array of old stained and grubby plastic cups).

Very Nice Apt

The apt is a standalone structure on the same property as the owner's house. Nice quiet neighborhood. The apt is clean and has new furniture and appliances. Very comfortable living room and bedroom. Shower is small, but had good water pressure and plenty hot. Overall, the apt was accurately described. Very good communication from the owner. He responded quickly to my messages. He met me at check in to give a little tour and came to say goodbye as we were leaving. I'd definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay

We stayed only two nights, but the place was quiet, secluded (safe), and convenient. It is located within a few minutes of everything in Rome. Ronnie is a great hosts. I will consider it for any future trips to the area.
