The space is exactly as described, the unit can be a little on the cool side so you can adjust the airflow and there is a portable electric space heater if needed. All the amenities are as described and in great shape. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host Kelvin was outstanding. Street parking was always available. Nice place.

This basement apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was very small/ compact with only a kitchenette. But it was sufficient. There were not enough bath towels for the 3 of us staying there, and we constantly had to wash them ourselves. There were no hand towels, only facecloths. The bathroom was clean and the tub/ shower was good, but a better shower curtain was needed ( the one there was like something from the dollar store, and it was ripped at the top.). The kitchen table could only fit two people. Parking was a challenge at times, in this neighborhood. All that said, it served our basic needs for a decent price.

Very clean and quiet location. Ideal place to reside for a little getaway and not too far from essentials. Kelvin was kind and was always available when we needed him. He made sure my family and I had a wonderful stay. Thanks Kelvin!

Cute little 2 bedroom apartment perfect for recover from surgery for my hushand as we are from out of province. Just wish there was an oven even if it was a toaster oven available

Kelvin’s suite was a wonderful stay. Its location was near enough shops to do your own groceries as well plenty of restaurants to choose from. About 30 mins from downtown and larger shopping areas. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Met Kelvin on our second stay, very kind and hospitable. The home is in a developing neighborhood, but the construction noise was barely noticeable. Definitely recommended stay for couples, friendcation and small families.

We were in town for meetings and this booking was perfect for us. Separate bedrooms on opposite sides with a living room in the middle. Very clean and well stocked. Price was fantastic. The host was always very quick to respond to any questions. Thanks Kelvin!

The suite is in a basement, which is okay, but both mornings of our stay were negatively impacted by someone using a treadmill directly above the living room space. The sound was awful and because of the structural acoustics resulted in percussion that affected our eardrums.
