We communicated several times throughout the stay; however, this concern was not raised at any point, which limited our ability to address it in real time. The property is equipped with a security system, including motion detectors, for guest safety. This was disclosed and explained in the house information. The listing also clearly states that the unit includes a kitchenette, which is shown in the photos available before booking. Regarding entry, the door requires the code to be held for not more than three seconds. During winter months, colder temperatures can occasionally affect responsiveness. Parking instructions for the driveway were also provided in advance. Clear communication during a stay is essential to resolving issues promptly, and we would have been happy to assist had these concerns been raised at the time.
