Equipped with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. smart TV! Our studio is within a centrally located residential neighborhood in the heart of tampa. An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

The host communicated well and had information posted in multiple places throughout the unit. The place was clean and well-organized. The location was central to the airport and many other places in the city.

Clean place, but the other suites had very loud people cussing and lots of banging and there was weed and smoking. So had to leave my second night and get another hotel. And trying to call the owners was not working kept on sending me to voicemail and no texts either.

Very clean, good communication

Our unit was very clean and met expectations that were listed online. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but I felt very safe once we were settled. It was a very quiet area of town. A full length mirror (perhaps hanging under the air conditioner unit) would be a great addition, but other than that, we were very satisfied. The back yard with a table and grill were an unexpected added bonus. I would stay again. Thank you!

Overall not bad, but you really should replace the bathroom door, seeing all that rot at the bottom was a real turn-off. The sink faucet was also loose.

Cute but needs attention

The property needs updating to be accurate to pictures and description. Several features were missing or broken or left out of the description which left me disappointed. Communication with the host was fantastic, though, and to be commended.

Very dated, cheaply put together room. Thin walls where you could hear everything in the next room. Right off the freeway and you could hear the noise all night. Lock didn’t automatically lock when closing the door, had to manually lock the door when entering and leaving the room. Someone else tried getting into our room in the middle of the night we had to tell them to leave.

Needs TLC

For the price I couldn’t expect much, but this property made me turn to my boyfriend and say no more. We’re only staying in hotels from now on. This place needs some TLC. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly, the water pressure in the shower was terrible, the curtain rod was about to fall, the walls were dirty, and the comforter had a blood stain on it (thank God we brought an extra, but at that point I didn’t want to use anything they provided, towels included). This is a house that they split and made into rooms so there is no central A/C
 only wall units which makes it SO HOT. This room specifically is hot maybe because the sun comes right through the window and it’s cursed with the attic entrance in the kitchen so the unit barely does anything unless you close the room door, crank the fan up to high, and put the temperature down to 65. I’ll end it by saying that this place looks nothing like the pictures. Overall, it wasn’t absolutely terrible but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect for my solo trip

This place was just right for my solo trip to visit my son at university of Tampa. Cute little room that really made the most out of the space. Perfect for one person, but would also be good for two people. It’s good if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room - which is typically the plan when in Florida. Much quieter than my previous hotel stay. That was definitely a plus! Only one little thing to note, that was totally my mistake. I missed an email so didn’t think I had the check-in details. I sent a message from the driveway when I thought I didn’t have the information and the owner replied back quickly, though, so all worked out. Just make sure you check your email! Would definitely stay here again.

Was in town for Gasparilla 13.1 race, perfect location, just needed a bed, refrig., close proximity to downtown. This VRBO delivered. Immaculately clean, easy check in, quiet neighborhood, good bed / good night's sleep. Thanks for being exactly what you advertised!!

Great for a short trip!

This property was very reasonably priced. It was in very close proximity to downtown Tampa but also in a quiet neighborhood, so you could sleep without the noise of the city, but you are only a short drive away from city activities. It was the perfect size for 1-2 people. It had everything I needed for a couple nights away, and I felt very safe there. It was a very cute and quaint home away from home with wonderful owners who were always available to help.
