The property was exactly as described on the website. Neighborhood did look a little sketchy at first, but we felt very safe and secure. Did not park in the garage off the alley, street parking was more convenient. Very close to everything you want to do in Niagara Falls. Host responded very promptly.

Blighted Neighborhood, Renovated but Incomplete

Property in a VERY BLIGHTED AREA. Safety was definitely a concern shifty people roaming on the streets. Property was “renovated” but incomplete. Parking was a garage in rear of property with no garage door.Happy it wasn’t broken into overnight. Walked into a neighbor’s yard trying to figure out how to get back to front door of property from garage. We were definitely in and out, slept and left. Didn’t feel happy about the booking.

After getting to the property, I did not stay. The property is not well lit, the path to the backyard is dark, and it has overgrown grass. The garage in the back is pitch black dark, as is the entry way to the garage. The neighborhood is not welcoming nor does it feel safe to leave the car in the curb. The rental experience includes being and feeling safe, and this place definitely did not feel safe.

Bucket List Trip

First impressions from the outside is poor. After being in Niagara Falls for two days, I realized the whole town looks worn down. The description needs to state it is an upstairs apartment. The inside of the home was decorated nice and was clean. No complaints about the inside of the home. To get to the parking you have to walk down the side of the house to the alley. The walkway was cluttered with gutters and tall weeds. Our truck didn’t fit in the garage, so we parked in a vacant lot two doors down.

Not a good /safe neighborhood to live with kids/ family.Property is very old but renovated interiorsGarage was the worst part and to reach there was very inconvenient from the alley.There is no hair dryer ,no iron, no dish washerThe patio door has no lock.No exhaust fan in bathroom or kitchen

Family Vacation

The property was easy to find and the location was very convenient to what we had planned. However, it was pertinent to know there were stairs to climb as my 83 year old mother struggles with stairs. The inside of the property was very nice but the outside was not taken care of. We had to park on the street as the grass was so grownup there was no pathway from the designated garage parking. We were there for only approximately an hour as there was no water. The host worked on getting this resolved, however it was late and would not be resolved until the next morning so we did not stay. I appreciated the effort.
