This was a delightful condo! The views alone made this the perfect retreat. The location was perfect and such an easy walking distance to Niagara. Having a parking spot was also a great gem. We loved watching the fireworks from our window and seeing the falls lit up at night. Thankful for the morning breakfast provided too; that was wonderful. I was super impressed with the amazing hotel service staff—special shout out to Alysha for her friendly disposition and extra care for us. She was a delight.

This was an amazing place to stay! We were very pleased with the condo itself, as well as the staff that work at the Giacomo.The view from the condo is breathtaking. The unit was clean.The complementary breakfast was a huge surprise, and it was very good! And the parking is gated for the guest and very secure. everything was in walking distance. It was a real gem!

This was the perfect stay during our family reunion gathering! Beautiful, bright, spacious accommodations with stunning views. Better than the accommodations though are the friendly and responsive staff who worked to address every concern we had from staggered check-ins to tips about entertainment & dining and convenient transportation to the airport. With their gracious help on logistics, it cleared up the time for us to simply have fun!!

Our stay at this condominium was just magnificent. It was much larger than we thought. The views all around of Niagara Falls were just spectacular from this 15th floor gem. It was very comfortable and had plenty of everything we needed to make our stay just a great time over Spring break. Thank you to Lenny for hosting us, we would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to go visit the spectacular Niagara Falls area.

This property was exactly as presented in every way. Fabulous views from the windows. Can't see the actual falls but an see the the rivers and mists. The park is a easy walk. The condo is spacious and love the art deco decor. Beds are wonderful, bathroom is spacious. There are minimal kitchen supplies but enough for basic cooking. Breakfast is included daily in the dining room. It is basic but fine for being free. All the Giacomo staff are amazing and helpful. Also appreciated the personal letter from the manager. Absolutely everything you want to do is walkable. The nightly fireworks starting on May were fun to watch. If we ever come back, we will stay again!!!

This has to be the best vrbo in Niagra. We pulled in after dark and got right into our room. But after my eyes adjusted, we realized the river is rushing over the American falls right out the window. The hotel building is loaded with details from when it was built, it's a work of art. The condo is amazing, it's huge, the bedrooms are large, bathroom is large and the main living room and kitchen is giant. Huge windows you can see almost a 360 degree view of the entire area. Parking across the street was easy. You won't find a better spot to stay!
