This property is over the top comfortable and gets amazing props for outstanding views, location and staff . We had a wonderful stay and can't say enough about how great this property is. Would love to visit again.

Very spacious with amazing views and nice kitchen. Could use a coat of paint on the ceiling as some was noticeably peeling, and there was a couple minor cleanliness issues but overall great for the price.

The views from the room were breathtaking! We overlooked Niagra falls and could walk back and forth to the park. And we were able to watch the light show and fireworks from the comfort of our suite.The hotel staff were incredably kind and helpful. The gated parking was a plus.

Location was great with a beautiful view of the falls! Also an amazing view of the fireworks! Nice condo, my only complaint was the listing said there were 3 beds total with 2 beds in one room and one bed in the other, but the condo that we were given just had one bed in each bedroom. It was still an enjoyable stay though!

Beautiful place and view of the falls! Guests have been tough on the place as there was some damage to the cabinets and kitchen area. Guest services were great!

The room was advertised as a 2 bed, but there was only 1 bed. The place was clean, except for under the bed, lots of dust bunnies. The tvs did not work, and the toilet was a little wonky. It did have a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great view of the Falls and city from our room especially at night. Staff was very accommodating and ease of parking wasGreat. Would definitely stay again and sorry that we only stayed 2 nights. It would have been nice to view the city from cleaner windows though.

This place is amazing! The view of the falls is incredible especially with the added bonus of nightly fireworks. It was very clean & beds were comfortable. Easy check in with very friendly staff. There was start up coffee pods & bottles of water in the apartment & warm cookies every night down stairs. Cosy bar downstairs was nice. Didn’t eat there but looked like a good buffet breakfast. Very easy walk to all attractions. I would not hesitate to rent this place again & have told several friends about it if they were to go to Niagara Falls. Thank you for sharing this awesome place!

This was a PERFECT place to stay in every way! Lenny and his staff were all so helpful and friendly! The condo was beautiful and very spacious and had amazing views! The location was everything I was looking for! Walking distance to the falls, shops, and restaurants! The fireworks at 10 were also a nice surprise!

Great view. Nicely laid out apartment. Lenny and staff were all really nice. Great on site bar. Convenient parking. Great location.On a negative, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and dishwasher didn’t work. Under the sink we found a pizza box with pizza pieces still inside.

The rental was a great size, It was great for my family of 4 to have enough room to stretch out. We ordered some Papa John’s pizza one night so it was nice to be able to enjoy it in our home base. Its location is close to the sites and the fireworks were great to watch from the comfort of a/c. Thank you for a great stay!

It's a beautiful old building, lots of history there! The decor is luxurious and very unique. If you are familiar with the TV show, Only Murders in the Building, I felt like I wandered into that building. One of a kind. Some spots need touching up, but you expect that for the age of the building. The staff was wonderful. The fireworks nightly that could be seen from the room were fun to watch and very easily seen. Lots to do that could be walked to. We didn't try the breakfast buffet, as we aren't people that eat much breakfast, so I can't comment on that.We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff at this place were very nice and helpful. The unit had a lot of things that could of been better. The dryer didn't work, the microwave didn't work, it was very dusty under the beds and it had big spiders all over the outside of the windows. Some got inside and it scared the kids The view was beautiful and conveniently located to thing's

The Giacomo staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dryer broke while we were there and the staff immediately worked to determine the cause and, though it couldn't be repaired right away, worked out an alternate solution. Top notch!!
