The hosts were beyond excellent from the time of booking to the time of checkout. Room was clean and roomy with everything we needed. The bar was great. Location of hotel is perfect for walking to everything and the view from our room was gorgeous. Definitely recommend.

Such a fun place! Easy walk to everything! So spacious! Half of the 14th floor was just for us! So happy that we were able to stay with our dog. The staff were super friendly. The views from the 14th floor were excellent - the rapids were WOW! Saw the fireworks from the living room (we were lucky enough to see them because they ended for the season two days before we left). Breakfast was yummy! The suite itself is a little worn but nothing that stopped us from having an enjoyable stay, especially in such a great location. Beds and linens were definitely comfortable!

Fantastic location with an amazing view of the night time fireworks through the giant living room windows. Walk to everything. Delicious hot breakfast buffet available from 8-10 each morning.

Everything was just as advertised and hiw we hoped. We had a great time. The condo was equiped with everything that we needed. The personnel were courteous and helpful. It was an enjoyable stay.

Very nice and unique place to stay. Walkable to everything and free breakfast! We were on the 14th floor facing the falls and the view was beautiful! Would definitly recomend!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The only issue was the AC. When we arrived it was 80 degrees in the condo even though the temperature was set on 70. During the night it cooled off to 76 degrees but quickly went back up the next day. The condo has an awesome view and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great as well.

The spaces was great. The staff at the front desk so was friendly and willing to answer any question you might have. Also the space provided a great vantage point to watch the fireworks put on above the falls.

The staff were so pleasant, and that made this place one of the best stays. They deserve recognition. The condo was perfect, the only reason it was not a 5 star: the AC unit wasn't functioning properly. But the ladies offered us another condo and they were so helpful. Just cannot say enough about this place. It had the best views

This place was amazing! It was in such a good location. We could walk to everything. We loved watching the fireworks from our living room. The hotel staff was amazing! We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo

This is a beautiful condo overlooking the falls. It has views in all directions. We could see the Niagara fireworks. It is so well decorated and the beds were heavenly. I recommend this 100%. Well done, great location.

Lovely Condo in Vintage Hotel

My new husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and loved staying here! The vintage hotel is very unique and nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The unit itself had a great view, very spacious, with interesting features like the fireplace and steam shower. I'd definitely recommend staying here for couples or families!

Great Visit to Niagara

Loved the location and the service at this stop. Was very close to the Falls and everything else we wanted to enjoy. Wonderful front desk service and breakfast. Nice having the restaurant close. Would definitely stay again!

Loved it! BOOK IT!!!

My daughter and I went on this trip to celebrate her college graduation. It was THE COOLEST place to stay. Our 14th floor unit was 2br/1ba and was huge! We could see the falls and river from our room. We also had a fantastic view of the illuminated falls and fireworks. We flew in so the easy walk to everything was important, the park was about 2 blocks, and many eateries, bakery shops, and tourist shops. Also, we went on the "Over the Falls" tour w/ Lenny as our guide, it was fabulous! Also, ride the trolley through the park, that was nice!I'm already looking forward to my next trip to the Giacomo!

Niagara Falls Trip

Overall it was an okay stay. The city itself has VERY little to offer other than the falls. We traveled 30 minutes each way to find things to do outside of the city. Food options aren’t very good. The condo needs more kitchen items. There were just a few forks and spoons. We expected to cook in several meals and the lack of essentials made it difficult. It could use a deep cleaning (bathroom) . The fireplace was nice and the view was great. My kids enjoyed the gym. Staff was friendly.

Enjoyed stay at the Giacomo. Perfect location for enjoying falls with breathtaking view of falls and Canadian side. Fireworks seen from windows! Spacious, comfy beds, nice breakfast in am. Highly recommend

Room with a view

We loved the atmosphere with an art deco feel. The property was clean and had everything you would need. Easy walking distance to shops. restaurants and the casino. You can view the fireworks over the falls from your room.
