I was taken back by the outside of the home and there wasn’t a picture of it in the listing. There was a musty and maybe cigarette smell at the porch and entry area. I was so nervous that the apartment would not be what was listed. I was pleasantly surprised that it was. The a/c unit was really loud. The couch very uncomfortable so not suitable for someone to sleep on if needed. The small bedroom could use additional pillows and a mirror. And we were only provided a few towels and washcloths which were not nearly enough. Overall this worked for us but a little disappointing.

My daughter and I came to visit family we hadn’t seen in a long time. The place was easy to find and was in a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and the people we came to visit. It was immaculate and decorated tastefully. We would definitely stay there again.

I booked this for my husband and sister-in-law, who had to travel without me on an emergency family trip due to a relative's severe illness. I booked the property primarily due to the location and because it looked like a nice, well-maintained place. That was not their experience. I offered to find a new place for them but they did not want to move. After they checked out on the planned day, my husband sent me photos of the property.1. He could not make either the lock box or the door code work and had to call the manager/owner. We are thankful that he arrived within thirty minutes with a key, saying that they knew the locks were a problem in cold weather. This is Buffalo in December. Either fix it before you rent, or don't book it. The plow guy hadn't taken care of the walk or steps, either. That also was fixed for the rest of their stay.2. The property was clean. That's about all we can say. The furniture was not as pictured in the ad. The dining table had a destroyed finish, the sofa was almost unusable, and the "chest of drawers" in the main bedroom was a former record player or something had had zero storage. The second bedroom had no closet and the bed pictured in the profile of the property was reality a mattress on top of a mattress or box spring sitting right on the floor. 3. The furnace was so loud that they had to pause any movie they were watching until it had run its course. Thankfully, the heat worked fine.

This property is in the perfect location for our trip. North Tonawanda is a very charming town. We enjoyed the local food. Very close to Niagara Falls as well as downtown Buffalo and Highmark Stadium. The apartment was clean with ample room. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Great stay!

Scheduling and communication with the owner were very easy. The building was also a breeze to enter which hasn’t always been the case for me in the past. We loved how the location was right between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Overall it was a great time, we definitely recommend this location.

This would be a good property for two couples, not more than that. There is one, uncomfortable, for sleeping or sitting, couch, and a couple of beanbag chairs, no where to comfortably sit.
