Nice, they had stuff for us to use, the home was in a nice location.Even left us some DVDs to enjoy.Only critisim is being near the lake you can expect some bugs, but they had quite a bit.Otherwise property was nice and well maintained on a somewhat private lot.

The house was just mine and my husbands size. We loved that it had its own dock. The only down fall of the dock is that it needs some kind of lighting to It for night fishing. It could use some tlc in certain spots, paint touch ups. Looks like mold down by the washer and a little spot in the bathroom shower. All in All we had a great time. We would come back.

Quiet, relaxing and family friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the water, making access effortless. The catfishing was decent, adding to the outdoor experience. Inside, we appreciated the selection of movies and games, which made for great entertainment during our downtime. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider switching the outdoor porch light to a yellow light, which might enhance the ambiance and keep bugs at bay.

Great family time on the Lake

We drove 750 miles to explore a new place. We wanted a quieter area. This place was great. It was clean, head room for 5 people (one couch teenager), and we had loads of fun on the dock, fishing, kayaking, cooking, and playing music. There is no wifi, but phones worked OK, as needed. We rented a fishing boat from Sunnyside marina, and they picked me up from the dock. Theres a great marina about one mile away (by boat or kayak) Fishing was slow until we discovered jugging! I rigged up two jugs (left them there, in storage, for others). Once we used catfish bait we even caught them from the dock. Catfish tacos! The whole family enjoyed the place.

We had an enjoyable stay at this lake house. The home is spacious and had great views from the main living space and the deck. The covered dock made it so we could enjoy it at all parts of the day. The property manager answered our questions promptly. Renters should take note that this property is situated some distance from stores, so packing everything you need ahead of time will be a time saver. There is a gas station 20ish minutes away, but the nearest grocery stores and bait shops were about a 40 minute drive one way.Both the deck and the dock have some boards that could use replacing. The water is on some sort of a pump system that takes some time to get used to. The water pressure in the kitchen is very weak. Overall, I would recommend this property. The area is secluded the neighbors are very friendly, and the proximity to the water is a major plus!
