Enjoy a peaceful stay at this modern newly updated 3-bedroom home in Edwards MO at the 60 mile marker. The lovely space features a king bed in a lofted style bedroom with whirlpool tub & bathroom. Two bedrooms on walk in level with queen beds. Please note there are no windows in the two lower bedrooms. There is a sofa bed upstairs which is perfect for families. Guests can unwind in the hot tub while enjoying an amazing lake view. It's a perfect retreat for watching cranes, families of Canadian geese, and frequent eagle sightings are a bonus. A Solo Stove firepit is available to use. Modern amenities for everything you need including an ice maker and 36" griddle. The home stays cool and comfortable with air conditioning and heating throughout. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this is a wonderful cozy retreat. The home is located at the very back of Rainey Creek Cove and is perfect for a day swimming off the dock and Kayaking or a spin on the paddle boat. There are two kayaks and a paddle boat available for your use. The dock is shared, but you are welcome to use it. Easy access to the highway with minimal gravel. By land 40 Miles to Ha Ha Tonka State Park and 50 miles to Bagnell Dam. By boat 1 mile to Patriot Point Marina, 10 miles to Red Fox and 22 miles to Bear Bottoms Resort. Boat parking is available on the entire south side of the dock (Please Note: The dock has been rearranged since the photos were taken). Jet Ski lifts are available for your use. Our place is equipped for both short or long stays to make your holiday or family time one to remember.
Make sure to include your pet fee in your payment when booking.
*Additional rental house with same host available directly behind at 411 Nichol Rd. it sleeps 12 in beds.

Great view, quiet cove. Great value for all the amenities. Very few stairs to dock. Lots of room for outdoor entertainment. Great catfishing off of dock and lots of other good fishing nearby.

We wanted a quiet and comfortable place away from the busy section on Lake of the Ozarks and that’s exactly what we found. The cove at this Mile Marker 60 location made a perfect retreat for watching cranes, families of Canadian geese, and even a bald eagle. Boat traffic on the main channel was light even though it was a weekend. Jason & Sara kept us fully informed and made sure our stay went well. The house had a cozy, updated lodge feel with decks extending out to the lake and a relaxing hot tub. The home easily accommodated our party of 4 and would work well for up to 6 adults.

This is beautiful place! The beds are soo comfortable we didn't want to get up! There is accent lighting everywhere which makes a cozy atmosphere. The shower is an experience you won't forget! It's like taking a shower in a typhoon! The water pressure is out of this world and if you combine the 3 main shower heads you have water coming at you in every direction! The dock is nice. You do have to anchor to the right side instead of a slip. But that's no problem. The owners are great! We made a mistake on our booking but they were very understanding and accommodating to our needs. The Lady that over sees the property for the owners is great too! She was there for anything we needed and even gave us fishing tips! Over all we highly recommend this place!

This was an excellent property with everything you need to spend a few days away from the city noise. The owners are super helpful, responsive and attentive to any questions or problems you might have. The entire property is well taken care and super clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I highly recommend this stay for a fun family time. The stores are about 30 minutes drive so not too bad of a drive to refill or restock on food.

We came down from Ohio for a baseball tournament. Walked in the door and fell in love! The place was clean, everything was updated and so nice and the owners are super cool! We had so much fun. The hot tub was our favorite but caught so many fish off the dock and with the kayaks and that was a good time. The music on the deck and dock was a big bonus as well. The property manager lives right next door and she was so sweet and so awsome as well! Overall we loved the house inside and out! Such a great experience. If we ever come back to the lake this is the only place I wanna stay!!
