Property was spotless and photos were very accurate. Having the outdoor terrace was a bonus. There is so much to see the moment you step out the door. We would stay again.

Location of this place could not have been better. Stepping out our door and enjoying split has been one of the best experiences for the last few years. Our host and their assistants could not have been more helpful and gracious to us during our stay. This place has plenty of room well appointed kitchen and wonderful Terrace. We would stay here again!!

The toilet in main bedroom was brokenI assume they will fix. Baldo is awesome. Checked us in. Gave us multiple tours and even brought us to airport at 430 am!

You’re also right about the bathroom - it will be repaired at the end of season 2026! Unfortunately we couldn’t excavate the floor with guests in situ!

We highly recommend the Luxury Apartment for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of the Diocletian Palace in Old Town Split. The recently renovated apartment is stunning, with ancient-looking stone walls complemented by modern conveniences. We loved eating and relaxing on the elegant patio. Excellent and responsive hosts make this an ideal place to call home during your visit to Split.

The hosts were amazing! We had some family issues prior to our trip and they were very sympathetic and accommodating. The property managers, Baldo and Nickolina, were beyond gracious. They were very communicative. Baldo arranged transportation to and from the airport and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try. All were spot on!

Fantastic stay

We had a fab time. The place is nicer than the photos and Baldo the host was brilliant. The location could not be better. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to this bit of Croatia.

This is an excellent property. It is spotlessly clean and has all that you need. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. Baldo and Nickolina were brilliant - helpful with information and close by if needed.

Amazing Location and Host!

Beautiful, well equipped apartment in Split. Enjoyed our stay as we had access to everything and Baldo was amazing. Highly recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Split which we hope will be soon!

This was the Perfect place to stay while in Split! To be in the Heart of the Palace was wonderful and close to so much. The place was clean and beyond charming!! AND you will not find a better apartment manager than Baldo!!! He could not have been more helpful!!!

Stay was great! Nikolina and Baldo took great care of us. Baldo took 2 couples on a walking tour. We were a party of 6 adults - 3 couples. You are right in the castle with everything all around you. Great stay!

Lovely stay in historic central Split

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was never noisy and the apartment was always peaceful and cool.Baldo the host provided lots of useful information when we arrived which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

This is where you want to stay in Split. Heart of the city, close to everything

We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.
