Appartement de luxe au premier étage niché au cœur de l'ancien palais romain de Dioclétien. L'appartement dispose de 2/3 chambres doubles aux proportions généreuses, d'un grand salon / salle à manger, de 3 salles de bains spacieuses et d'une grande terrasse privée. L'appartement offre toutes les commodités, y compris, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, système audio wifi Sonos, câble. TV avec chaîne cinéma anglaise, connexion Wi Fi, installations pour barbecue et sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain. Nous avons également des prises électriques et usb internationales dans chaque chambre, ainsi que la salle à manger. Des services de garde d'enfants et des packs de bienvenue peuvent être organisés sur demande. Le palais de Dioclétien est une zone piétonne, ce qui signifie que le parking est à quelques pas. Il existe un choix entre un parking payant et un parking gratuit, bien que le parking gratuit soit légèrement plus éloigné. La propriété peut être atteinte en taxi ou en autocar depuis l'aéroport de Split, ce qui prend environ 30 minutes ou pourquoi ne pas nous permettre d'organiser une prise en charge privée depuis l'aéroport pour le même prix qu'un taxi - nous utilisons Gecko tours, un excellent tour opérateur local qui offre également un rabais sur de nombreuses visites locales (sur mesure ou annoncées) pour les clients Prisca.

We highly recommend the Luxury Apartment for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of the Diocletian Palace in Old Town Split. The recently renovated apartment is stunning, with ancient-looking stone walls complemented by modern conveniences. We loved eating and relaxing on the elegant patio. Excellent and responsive hosts make this an ideal place to call home during your visit to Split.

The hosts were amazing! We had some family issues prior to our trip and they were very sympathetic and accommodating. The property managers, Baldo and Nickolina, were beyond gracious. They were very communicative. Baldo arranged transportation to and from the airport and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try. All were spot on!

Extraordinary!Everything about our stay surpassed expectations! This apartment is so beautiful and spacious in a charming central location in Diocletian’s Palace. Baldo our host really added so much to our stay. He picked us up from the airport and provided much historical and current info on Split during the ride and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. The apartment was supplied with everything we needed, and it was cool, comfortable, and quiet (also having 3 large bathrooms for 5 of us was such a plus!) The terrace was such an added bonus. We started every morning there (with breakfast and coffee from coffee shop a minute away) and ended most evenings there just recapping the day. Our 4-night visit is one our family will never forget due to the location (being within the palace walls was incredible), the lovely apartment, and Baldo making us feel like we were in our home away from home. I can’t say enough about our visit and would love to return soon!

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Location inside the old city is amazing. Property managers Baldo and Nikolina contacted us ahead of visit and we arranged to have Baldo pick up each couple at the airport. They were SO helpful, nice and responsive. Great restaurant recommendations. In fact Baldo arranged a tour of Krka national park and Sibonik when our boat trip was cancelled due to wind. Can’t thank them enough. Also, property is clean, spacious and safe. Great rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Split. The property was as indicated and was clean and well maintained as well as in a great location. This property was convenient to everything! Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! We are a British family who first invested in a waterfront fisherman's cottage on the island of Brac(property no. 55026) in 2004 and fell in love with Croatia's wonderful landscapes, people and food. In 2013 we felt it was time to make a second purchase in this beautiful, historic centre of Split and were fortunate enough to find this very special property. There is an amazing fish and vegetable market a short walk away, as well as an abundance of bakeries for your freshly baked, daily loaf! We now feel able to offer a two stop holiday experience of Croatia by offering potential visitors the opportunity to enjoy the hustle and bustle city experience in addition to the beauty and relaxation on the island of Brac - see property no. 55026 for more details.Also, in 2015 we partnered with a Split based excursion company which runs a variety of professional tours in Dalmatia to suit all tastes. Their focus is on the smaller group authentic Dalmatian tour experience, which is of a very high standard. Guests of Prisca will receive a discount of the listed price of all tours.
