Looking for multiple units to stay in one centralized location in the heart of downtown Chicago? We are your place. You will get 3 different Suites with all separate private access shared through a common hallway. There is an incredible roof deck that is PERFECT for enjoying an outside experience. We are located RIGHT downtown and close to all tourist attractions. Easy commute. Just ask and I can provide more details about the area!

Great Place for Big Groups!

House has lots of space and beds. Great location - everywhere we wanted to go was just a 15 minute or less drive. Property manager was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

June 2023 Family Wedding - Perfect VRBO setup

We enjoyed our son's wedding even more as we found this perfect VRBO for all of our family to stay in while we were here for the big event! Great accommodations, easy to find and the family was able to stay together instead of pricier hotel. Thank you Dan!

Tons of space to spread out

Just finished our stay with 6 couples (all family) ranging from 24 to 82. The space was perfect for our needs and we were able to have amazing together time - but spread out when we needed to. The location was also amazing! If we do a similar large group trip to Chicago ever again we will definitely book this property if it’s available!!

Great place for a reunion

Came to Chicago for a reunion with old med school friends and the house was perfect. Plenty of space with great common area in the penthouse. The deck looked great but it was too cold/rainy too spend any time outside.

Large group house

This house allowed 30 people to stay comfortably sharing beds. The neighborhood requires ubering to other locations, but works for large groups. The house was fairly clean.

Great location in the windy city

The property is very unique, offering 3 floors of bedrooms with kitchens. It was bigger in person than in the pictures. Had a group of 14 and it worked perfectly for us. The house is in a great location giving easy access to the highways and only 10 min from Navy Pier. Having access to off street parking was very convenient. In all I am very happy with our stay.

Friends visit

Location and property was great, true to the listing pictures. Plenty of room for the 10 of us and able to walk to breakfast and bars. Cleaning crew could do a better job on the floors and all the beds we used make creaking noises whenever you moved. There were no batteries in one of the TV remotes so we had to hunt for the power button to see the morning news

Very good stay in an excellent space

Dan's property maximizes the space and values function over form. As such, nothing is glamorous but everything works very well. The kitchen is well-appointed, but somewhat spartan. The furniture and decorations are minimalistic and practical. The balconies are practical, useful, comfortable spaces. The indoor space is fantastic and accommodated our group of business mates/friends perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet - the train passes 100 feet away but is hardly noticeable while inside - and it's well-located to the Blue Line. Good food and beverage options exist within five minutes' walk.

Great location and space for large group

We had a group of 7 adults and 6 kids (ages 3 and under). The space, layout, and location was awesome. It was so nice that each family was able to have their own bedroom and space. The outdoor space was really great to unwind and let the kids play. The units themselves were clean and had everything you need. The outdoor space could have used a clean-up (patio table and floor surface) and we had no cleaning spray to clean the space. None of the units had a bathtub so I informed them to update the listing. The units could use some new kitchen cabinetry and furniture (appeared to be well loved on the 3rd floor). Overall a good stay!

Convenient Location

This is a large property that comfortably accommodated a large extended family gathering. The 3 separate units allowed privacy when preferred and gathering places when we all wanted to hang out together. The place is a short walk to the train station, with coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. There were a few hiccups, primarily in communication and attention to our concerns. There was a water leak that persisted and was not addressed. Trash had not been collected and left no place for us to put ours. We there over the 4th of July holiday and were surprised to learn the street was being closed off for a day long block party with 2 DJs blasting music all day. Also, know that they provide no kitchen towels or dishcloths in any of the 3 kitchens.
