Il s'agit d'une maison unifamiliale personnalisée haut de gamme. Vous ne trouverez pas de maison individuelle plus jolie, plus grande et plus récente à Chicago. La maison est de 4200 pieds carrés, elle a 2 ponts, un garage attenant pour 2 voitures (vous ne voulez pas marcher dehors en hiver pour arriver à votre voiture). La suite parentale est haut de gamme avec 2 immenses placards, une salle de bain en marbre avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche vapeur.

Cette maison est également facilement accessible en voiture jusqu'à la Place McCormick pour les congrÚs et en voiture ou en bus directement en direction d'Ashland jusqu'au United Center pour assister à un match des Blackhawks ou des Bulls ou à tout autre événement.

Superb location !!Our extended family (total 12 stayed comfortably) thoroughly enjoyed a family reunion for Thanksgiving while staying at this beautiful airy and spacious 3-level home in a safe Lincoln Park neighborhood just a stone’s throw from a high quality elementary school. Jewel Grocery store is a 8 minute walk or 2 min drive away.Ample street parking right in front of apartment every day as well as 2 car garage at rear of property. The owner Jeff was very conscientious w communication, and although there were a few minor issues related to condition of a rollaway bed and one of the couches, he offered us a reasonable refund which was decided upon mutually. He also indicated he was making a list of anything needing repair or replacement-a conscientious & caring man.Overall, outstanding property that we would like to return to in summer months in the future as we were not able to use the nice patio and grill due to snowy and cold weather. Excellent stay-thanks Jeff!!!

This property is dated and dirty and the pictures are NOT representative of the furnishings or decor. I arrived (a day early to drop off groceries and wedding attire) to find a dirty kitchen and family room, filthy windows, stained upholstery and window shades, cobwebs on the windows and tired bedding. There were also broken speakers hanging from the walls and patched plaster on the ceilings from leaks. The owner KNEW that we'd rented it for my daughter's wedding and that the bridal party was getting their hair and makeup done there and yet that was how I found it! My husband and I had to clean for a couple of hours and he washed all the windows on the first floor so the getting ready photos wouldn't be ruined. If you just want to party and don't care about comfort, rent this place.

The location of this property is very good and having a 2 car garage was very valuable. The AC and water pressure of the showers worked very well. There was plenty of space for the 7 adults we had staying at this house. The cleanliness of the place needs to improve. The beds need to be replaced or improved.

Gorgeous brownstone (somehow still secluded?!) in the heart of Chicago. Walking distance to everything. House can comfortably fit 20 people. We did not have any issues finding the back ally/garage (with owner’s behind the scenes instructions) & felt very safe/secure during our 3 night stay. We highly recommend renting especially to groups with multiple families. So much space for gathering together or separate/alone time. We hosted multiple get togethers with our local family/friends & they were blown away by location, size & beauty. The “basement” or garage entry level has entirely separate living corridor equipped w/a 2nd kitchen, living room & bedroom/sleeping spaces & access to laundry room during your stay! Our party of 5 didn’t even use the basement bc of how much available sleeping/living space there was on the 2nd & 3rd floors! Owners Jeff & Athena are remarkable & truly have a hidden treasure in downtown Chicago. We feel so lucky we got to stay in their amazing home and hope we can go back again one day!
“Two car garage” & the key word is car! Thankfully mcgiver was able to fit our truck in (sideways) — AMPLE street parking available too in front of the house on N Ashland!

Check-in was seamless, the home was spotless and had plenty of room for hosting friends for bachelorette weekend! Loved the outdoor area, size of the bedrooms, and double living rooms. Kitchen was well-stocked and easy to cook simple meals. Would stay again!

I will start with the positives.... the kitchen is a nice gathering spot for a large group and very well stocked. It is 2 blocks from a grocery store (Jewel). It slept a party of 10 with 3 1/2 baths that were fine with plenty of towels. However, we came through the downstairs to get in the first thing I saw was a FILTHY carpet in the bedroom and family room with a disgusting couch so not a very good first impression. It appears that the walls haven't been painted in years with chips everywhere and the furniture is old and falling apart. I should have known it was a party house since it advertises that it sleeps 24! I did complain to the owner and he was very responsive and gave us a small refund. The pictures shown are not representative of what the house looks like in real life and because it has not been kept up I cannot give it a 5 star rating.

Family trip

House was very roomy, but needs a quiet a lot of updating- kitchen cabinets falling down, faucets leaking. Not very clean. The deck and walkways were full of debris and leaves. Tables were dirty and sticky. The hood stove was full of grease- we didn’t want to cook in this home. The mattresses in all rooms need to be thrown out- some were lumpy, while others felt like you were sleeping on box springs.. The air was not working well either. Plug in Fans needed to be used. Very disappointing.

Great house for our Girls Week

This was a great house for our Girls Week 2025! We had plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen had many utensils, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and everything we needed for our 5-day stay. Jeff, the owner, was responsive and his communication with us was fantastic. We used Lyft to get to our various venues and it was fast and reasonably priced. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. I would highly recommend this house.

Passable Lodging in A Great Location

Great location—close to everything and very convenient. However, the interior feels pretty outdated, and the beds and couches were all uncomfortable. With some updates, this place could be much better. Decent stay overall, but not the most comfortable. Totally serviceable for a group of younger/less picky people.
